We're super happy to introduce Strength System's new small-group training classes. .
The goal of these classes is to build strength, mobility, endurance and athleticism by using strength and conditioning principles to simultaneously develop all aspects of fitness. .
The workouts will feature various forms of resistance training and cool toys like sleds, tires, medicine balls, suspension trainers and much more! .
The 12-week program will start slow and progressively build up in order to take anyone from any level of fitness and build them into lean, mean, athletic machines. .
In order to maximize results, we are limiting this service to only 8 spots only per class. .
Start date - January 8, 2018
Schedule - 3 60-minute sessions/ week + optional cardio days. .
Timings - Monday Wednesday Friday 6 AM
Cost - Rs 11,000 (Inclusive of tax) .

Single-Leg Ball Squat
#3 Ball Workout
This one is intermediate so if you aren't used to using the #stabilityball , hold onto a bar, pole, or the wall for support. This is a great exercise to practice balance!
This works the #quads#glutes#hamstrings and #core
Stand about two feet in front of the stability ball, and reach back one foot, resting the instep on the ball.
Keep the torso upright, abs engaged to support the lower back, shoulders back and down, head and neck in line with the spine.
Gently push the hips towards the floor, allowing the front leg to bend and using your core to balance you as you come into a #singlelegsquat then reverse back to start position.
10 reps on each leg.
