My group boxing classes .
They consist of learning something new every single day whether it's defense, counter punching footwork or body punching, this is light contact partner work that anyone can do.Then ofcourse there is the fitness and weight loss aspect of the class which everyone wants. I don't believe in boxing without learning it the right way. There is an art to teaching each individual with different skill level. There are so many fake boxing classes around. Becarful who you train with as boxing is not learnt in one week it takes years of experience and it is an art that should be respected and learnt the right way. 💪
