A plethora of assistance work today. Strength has taken a back seat recently in training as i have been working on bar path and hip timing so its time to add it back in. 
Firstly clean and jerks with a pause 1-2" from the floor into a full rep. This drill is for anyone who yanks the bar off the floor leaving it out of place at the knees and or hips. Dont allow the bar to leave the shins keep it close and drive straight up. Keeping the chest over the bar until it meets the hips. 
Second snatch strength, 3 pulls to knee followed by 3 pulls from knees to hips. Focus on keeping the lats tight and chest up. Allow the legs to move the weight. 
Lastly some overhead squat work purely to be stronger out of the recieve in the snatch.

Always take time to focus on working different positions in the olympic movements and breaking them down, this allows you to focus on weaknes.  A good drill for this, a straight bar path and speed under the bar. From a block thats puts a bar at knee height. 1 clean pull to 2" or power position and return to blocks. Then one clean from the blocks and a jerk. Keep the bar close but not dragging up the legs and finish your leg drive with a strong upward drive. 
Then some heavy jerk work. Focus on driving vertically through the bar with the hips and shoulders then drive yourself down into the split. Stacking your body under the bar. 
Mixed up strength work today, weighted rope climb then 10 each arm single arm seated db press. Both exercises make the shoulders move weight in unstable positions. 
Finally 5 rounds of conditioning find that steady work rate and keep form good.
