Link in our Insta Stories! @_t_h_caeczar_ recently interviewed @tiger_trees from @Compound_Genetics and talked about seeds, breeding strains and cannabis genetics. 🌱🌿🌳
"Want to know some specifics about breeding cannabis? Know the difference between regular and feminized seeds? Ever heard of an S1, F1 or F2? Do you have any idea what any of it means? I got the chance to link up with #CompoundGenetics in Portland, Oregon a few month back, and I was lucky enough to sit down with them and talk a little bit about different breeding methods and some terms that are commonly used." - @_t_h_caeczar_

Thanks again to everyone that checked out the Gold Glue harvest on the Live stream yesterday. Skyrone Stomper and N. Cheese Haze still have more time to bake. May harvest them live next weekend. Thanks for your continued support!! 👩🏻🍳
Hunting through these old 70’s 80’s 90’s Pure Landraces / inbred true hybrids / old import unknown seed stock gems have came out with some amazing unique finds like this male here we are incorporating into some of our programs . All these plants have Very loud afghan / paki / skunk / Asian / Indian / Mexican / Hawaiian or Columbian type smells that are truly intoxicating and different from most today. This particular male is more on the afghani skunk Mexican Asian type terps and style. Christmas tree type growth. Great node spacing .hollow stems more of the drug / hash types than old thick stem hemp cultivars. There’s many more to look through but a lot seem to be heavy sativas or equatorial types . This male and his counter parts however are more on the indica /sativa mix side . Some even more broad leaf as well as narrow leaf taller indicas . Lots of dankness. Hoping this guy proves he is special. Calling him a cool name so his out crossing series will be fun to name game . Stay tuned for many upcoming real breeding projects as well as cool new series one off crossings both reg and fem. line breeds on existing works and a little fun with less work with new elite clone only pollen chucks . We gotta have fun too. Can be serious line breeding 24/7 . It gets stale after a while so we like to mix it up as this day in age it seems to be the thing to do and that is pollen chuck seed making one time using everyone else’s elite cut selections then call it a day. 🤣. Well to each their own I guess. We just won’t be only line breeding is what Im trying to say. We are now doing one off crossings as well as real breeding works . Lots of stuff coming from us as the future unfolds . Few other companies like #spitfiregenetics then there’s #cannabisbreedersguild . And also #heritageseedco . And of course our flagship father company #dirtywaterorganics#dirtywatergenetics#dirtywaterorganicseeds . Much love / stay blessed folks . If your at emerald cup, have a great time. We are sorry we couldn’t make it out cause of the New baby duties and all.#cannabiscommunity#growyourown#cannabisseeds#terps#landraces#oldschool#realbreeding#pzcut

Let rosemary beget rosemary! While you can start some herbs from seed no problem, rosemary is usually not one of them. With a combination of low germination rate and slow growth, growing rosemary from seed is a lesson in patience. Growing rosemary via stem cuttings is a whole other story. The cuttings I posted last month are now shooting out roots. Out of the ten cuttings I started with, five have survived, so be sure to snip a few extra stems to offset any loss. And make sure to keep swapping out with fresh water every few days. Come January, these cuties will hopefully be transplanted into pots and ready to grow, grow, grow. Anyone else grow rosemary via stem cuttings? Care to share any tips with us 😀🙏💚

Enjoying the last of my lettuce planted from this summer. Good thing I seeded some more lettuce a few weeks ago, feeling very lucky to live in South Florida where I can grow so many things all year round. This lettuce tasted a little sweeter because of the cold front that just came, another reason to love Florida this time of year. The weather is just magical ✨💫🌞🌙🌟
