*A #Possible Script*
A possible scenario: at a local café after a psychotherapy session; over a cup of steaming hot organic coffee; a table outside but under a park umbrella; waiting for a storm to pass so she can catch a public bus home.
Barista: doctors day?
Barista: how’s it?
Woman: not bad, I haven’t been particularly sad or depressed this week... just had been unconsciously in the gray zone for a few months. Weird and frustrating but once I realised it’s just gray then it’s okay.
Barista: ...do you think it’s #NovemberBlues ... (implying) a possible consequence of #NovemberRain
~ at once, that old #GunnRoses song pops up inside their head while the café actually plays a cheesy techno pop on the background #howconfusing ~
Woman: idk. man, referencing GnR - we’re old!
I guess November Blues is possible.
As far as I remember, there’re also #DecemberBlues , #JanuaryBlues , #FebruaryBlues , #MarchBlues , #AprilBlues , #MayBlues , #JuneBlues , #JulyBlues , #AugustBlues , #SeptemberBlues (and someone just woke me up when September ended), then #OctoberBlues ,... and so November Blues won’t surprise me much.
Barista: What the..? You mean #ClimateChange is making it rains all year round? And we’re not far from the river, so from now on it’s gonna flood all year round? #AdaptationStrategy needed!!!
Woman: waw! Duuude, what’s all of a sudden with the anxiety? You need a therapy!
Or try digital-detox and a good book.... and mindfulness and meditation and yoga and cycling and exercises and etc., etc., etc. #ruminationcycles
Barista: ... one more coffee? On the house.
Woman: Espresso on a rock with a slice of lemon please.

If we could take the time
To lay it on the line
I could rest my head
Just knowin' that you were mine
So if you want to love me
Then darlin' don't refrain
Or I'll just end up walkin'
In the cold November rain
Do you need some time...on your own
Do you need some time...all alone
Everybody needs some time... on their own
Don't you know you need some time...all alone
I know it's hard to keep an open heart
When even friends seem out to harm you
But if you could heal a broken heart
Wouldn't time be out to charm you
