What do you feel is your greatest asset on your body 🤔👀💪? I wish I could say my legs and butt but God had other plans when he created me 🤣🙏🏽☹️. Coincidentally for me, it's my arms. I don't even really have to train them and they are still pretty defined.
The goal is to make our bodies a walking talking well oiled machine but we all like to put extra effort in specific areas.

In the pursuit of bigger arms it’s easy to dedicate more training time to your biceps at the expense of your triceps.
But shifting the balance in favour of your triceps for a while will make a huge difference to the size and shape of your upper arms.
Triceps dips and close-grip bench presses are great triceps-builders, but you should also do more isolation work that targets the triceps alone, and there’s few better options that using a cable machine for press-downs or overhead extensions.
These and other cable moves will increase the workload on your triceps because they must control the weight on the way up as well as the way down. Keep the reps count moderate to high, but each rep slow and controlled. And really focus on flexing your triceps as hard as possible as you straighten your arm, then squeeze your biceps at the top when you arm is bent, to move through the fullest range of motion and work the maximum number of muscle fibres.

Is the DB flat bench TRICEP EXTENSIONS.
How to perform the Tricep extensions:
1.) Lie on a flat bench while holding two dumbbells directly in front of you. The palms should be facing in and the elbows should be tucked in
2.) As you breathe in and you keep the upper arms stationary with the elbows in, slowly lower the weight until the dumbbells are near your ears.
3.) At that point, while keeping the elbows in and the upper arms stationary, use the triceps to bring the weight back up to the starting position as you breathe out.
