I want to show everyone that’s struggling to gain weight that anything is possible. Every time you see results be happy to see a change. You will always be stronger than yesterday as long as you stay focused. No short cuts no cheat codes just keep a strict diet and consistent workout schedule. Be careful what you put in your body don’t set yourself back from your goals for temporary indulgences. You are only as strong as your will power and your desire to learn. I started at 84 pounds when I was 18 and I’m 26 now after competing, learning nutrition, dietitian work, and science of nutrition and exercise. You’re capable of doing it and if you have any questions or doubts contact me and I’ll let you know what I did when I was in your situation. Let’s make each other stronger 💪🏽 I want others to be able to grow as well and be healthy instead of laughing at people or judging them in the gym. Let’s keep working! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Range Day with a Uberti Replica of the Colt Dragoon in .44 Caliber
A historical and powerful six shot, blackpowder revolver
The Dragoon or Model 1848 Percussion Army Revolver was created as an improved Colt Walker with it being lighterweight by shortening the barrel from 9" to 7.5". The Dragoon also features a shorter cylinder which held up to 50 grains of powder while the Walker held 60 grains, this often caused issues with troops using loads that were too powerful.
Another improvement with a spring to maintain the loading lever in place during shooting, this was an issue for the Walker because it would drop down because of recoil and could cause it to jam.
These improvements made the Dragoon a more popular choice over the Walker throughout the 1850's and 60's until the lighterweight Colt 1860 Army and Remington 1858 New Army became more popular and allowed for a much more useable .44 Caliber revolver. However during the Civil War and American-Mexican War the Dragoon was still very popular amongst the US Army's Mounted Rifles due to it's power and accuracy.
The Colt Dragoon has also been popular in pop fiction with it being used in the novel, Lonesome Dove and True Grit.
