This was my first ever post workout gym selfie. Took me 6 weeks and a weight loss of 10-12lbs to feel comfortable enough to take a picture. Notice the camera angles and lack of body I show!😂 Now I take and post too many pictures flattering/unflattering with no shame in my game.

Jij moet jezelf motiveren, jezelf inspireren en jezelf aanleren. Kennis komt niet aanwaaien, daar zul je naar moeten zoeken, zodat je weet hoe je bepaalde dingen aan kunt pakken om jouw leven onder controle te krijgen.
Grijp die controle en word de held van je eigen leven. No one else is gonna do it.
Ahhhhh carbs. How I love you so. My carb intake at the moment is moderate which means I am smarter about
📍 what constitutes my carbs; some simple sugars are down in favour of fibrous and filling carbs
📍 nutrient timing; I have always, always trained fasted but now incorporating a couple of cheeky rice cakes as pre-workout and it's definitely help keeping energy high and the log book numbers going up ☝🏼
So, to that end, know and love your carbs 💜💙💚💛❤️💜💙💚💛❤️

Upperbody day today 💥✨ I've got a new training schedule, so that's pretty exciting 😏 I mean, I don't have any new exercises but I have switched some things up for the coming 8 weeks! More volume for arms, shoulders and back, because bigger is sometimes better🐍
There is no better way to kick start the week than with a great work out! ☺️💪🏼 This morning I rolled outta bed, put on my favourite lulus, made me some coffeeeee, and went straight to the gym to kill a back workout! 😆🌞☕️🚣🏼♀️ Here's a little superset of seated cable rows straight into single arm cable rows. I dropped the weight for the single arm, and you can see I was struggling, but it felt good 😂
Today I changed my workout up, usually I'd warm up with lat pulldowns, and finish with seated cable rows, but today I switched that around! Here's the rest of today's workout: ♦️Seated cable row ♦️ Single arm seated cable row ♦️ Isolated lat pull down ♦️ Single arm dumbbell row ♦️ Bent over row using cable ♦️ Face pulls using rope ♦️ Lat pull down ♦️ All 4 sets, 12 reps 😊
