儭儭儭Effective core training requires using exercises that integrate the hips, trunk and shoulders in order to efficiently distribute the forces, caused by upright movement patterns.

If we truly want to train the core the way it is designed to work, we need to get off of the floor and train the muscles from a standing position so they learn how to stabilize the body in a field of gravity. Some of my favorite core exercise are done using ViPR.

Here is a Lentil salad I made.
Lentils are a great source of protein and fiber.
This is also a great meal option for vegetarian's
Dice sweet potato.  Sprinkle with cumin powder.  Bake.  Soak then cook green lentils.  Run under cold water.  Chop red onion and chillis throw everything in a bowl drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  Season with salt and pepper.
