This was absolute killer on my core.😁 Each set was until failure (as many as you can) and I like to alternate through these as many times as I can until I just can't go any more.
Finished off with some leg raises (IMO most effective ab exercise) and I was 💀after all that 😂
- Stability ball sit-ups are a great way to work your stabilizing muscles in your core as well.👌🏽

Good news.. Doc says I get to start going back to the gym next week.
I'm absolutely phuckin' stoked.
I'm a little nervous about coming up with a program .. The right program.
I know it's going to be a lot of trial and error.
But, it's better than going crazy sitting here feeling ..Bleh.
Having gained weight and lost muscle.
I feel as if I'll be a gym newb all over again...
Being and feeling weak, not sure where to start with weight or if I even should use weight to start.. and just use resistance and ease back into weights.
This is all new territory for me.
I'm used to being able to go in there, pick up weights and push myself past my limits, feel accomplished and damn good.
This will be a struggle, to say the least.....
But, it's a step in the right direction.
I'm anxious, a little nervous but most of all.
Time to take this muscle stuff on head to head.
Let's do this.
