Loved this very cool visual that helps you see the difference between food in its raw form or after it’s dried or processed..
Dried fruit has got a bad rep these days obviously eating butt loads of it isn’t the best.
“everything in moderation❗️” but the BOTTOM LINE is obviously eating food in its raw form is the best way to get the full nutritional benefits of your foodie but dried fruit is certainly healthier than eating junk food. Craving candy and chips dried fruit is a great alternative..🍌🍊🍓🍎

Another one!(@djkhaled voice😂)🍑🔥 What a day today! Monday is the hardest to get back into the swing of things at times but I made it and I got it done and that’s all that matters🙌🏼 These are some awesome exercises you guys should try. I underestimated how hard the last exercise was tho. It looks easy but they burn🔥🔥
Here’s what to do:
1️⃣Closed Stance Dumbbell Front Squat(perfect posture and squeezing your abs is key for this move) 5x10
2️⃣ Barbell Sumo Squat 5x10
3️⃣Single Leg Dumbbell Hip Thrust(squeeze as you come to the top) 4x6-8 cuz the 🍑 was on fire! 😩

So much to do so little time! Today I ran to the the gym on my lunch break, to spare some time I did some full body exercise. 🎥On the movie clean press (as heavy as I manage today)
followed by deadlift, military press and finish with some burpees. short but effective😈

Don't just accept your life by becoming comfortable and settling. Choose to lead a path for your life versus just being okay with where you're at. How do you do this? Start saying yes more. Yes to believing in yourself and yes to new opportunities/possibilities. Every time you say yes, you open a new door for yourself.
You have the choice to become everything that you want to be. Saying no often closes doors and allows you to stay comfortable with where you're at. In order to grow and reach new limits you need to choose to say yes more often.
Let's make this upcoming week amazing.

⚠️ Protein power ⚠️
Why do people drink it?
Obviously we know that our muscles require protein to rebuild after we tear them down working out. Yes whole food is the best way to get that protein but sometimes it is too hard to get the required amount in a day. Protein powder is an easy way to get those extra grams we need. Whether you are training to lose weight or gain weight protein powder helps in every way. • mass protein has extra calories for those of us training to gain weight but have trouble getting enough calories in the day. • Why do some proteins have 50-60 grams of protein when my body can only absorb 30-35 grams at a time? Powders normally have a mix of different types of protein. Fast release, so your body takes it in quickly, and slow release, so your body can absorb it over the next 6-8 hours! • how much should I take a day? A good rule of thumb is to try to take in 1 gram for every pound of body weight. A 200 pound man should try to get at least 200 grams of protein a day. -
