This was absolute killer on my core.😁 Each set was until failure (as many as you can) and I like to alternate through these as many times as I can until I just can't go any more. 
Finished off with some leg raises (IMO most effective ab exercise) and I was 💀after all that 😂
- Stability ball sit-ups are a great way to work your stabilizing muscles in your core as well.👌🏽

Today I did this killer workout for the legs and every woman's favorite part...the BUTT😬 and ssheeeeesh... half way through I really regretted that second cup of coffee I had today. I've been really good with limiting how much caffeine I'm drinking but today really kicked my ass. Anyways, if you are looking for a cool leg/butt circuit try this out : (1) reverse lunges - 30
(2) squats -15
(3) pulsing squats -10
(4) in/out jumps - 20
(5) jumping squats - 20

🎑HOW TO SUSTAIN A PAIN FREE BODY🎑
I know it doesn't seem like much of a deal to many people ,but it really should.I 've been there. I didn't really care and I paid for it.

🐵I know it is not as fancy as a 405 lb deadlift or those weighted carries you love but mobility is even more important. You need to decompress your body , stretch it , mobilize it. Sitting around all day wrecks our bodies in way we cannot imagine.
___
🐒Lower back pain , tight hips , hamstrings , weak glutes , weak abs , stiff neck , tight shoulders,higher body fat levels , more stress , you name it , too much sitting can cause it. 
___
🦄When you understand how many bad things it causes then you will understand the importance of mobility and positive physical habits.
___
🦁Here is what I started doing once I fell in the trap of endless sitting ,and what you should do too :
1⃣I added a 5-minute morning mobility routine immediately when I wake up.
2⃣I follow it with some lacrosse ball self massage
3⃣For every hour I sit , I try to do 10 minutes of walking or maybe some kettlebell swings but any kind of movement will do.
4⃣Invest in a standing workstation or figure out ways to stand up while working.

Small things like these add up over time and produce amazing results , trust me!!

Upperbody pump tonight with @mirandaesmith14, @benni_getsfitforwedding, @davina.jacques, and @rsavage16. It was a good one too. Started off with a 40/30/20/10 set for seven minutes each (A and B), doing as many as you can in the 7 minutes. Of course I started with my favorite TRX pull-ups. 😒 And the pump just got better and better from there. Doesn't help that my booty is really feeling the work out with Myra from yesterday. Squating for a full minute while doing upperbody lifts was killer!!! Good news.. Doc says I get to start going back to the gym next week. 
I'm absolutely phuckin' stoked.
I'm a little nervous about coming up with a program .. The right program.
I know it's going to be a lot of trial and error.
But, it's better than going crazy sitting here feeling ..Bleh. 
Having gained weight and lost muscle.
I feel as if I'll be a gym newb all over again...
Being and feeling weak, not sure where to start with weight or if I even should use weight to start.. and just use resistance and ease back into weights.
This is all new territory for me.
I'm used to being able to go in there, pick up weights and push myself past my limits, feel accomplished and damn good.
This will be a struggle, to say the least.....
But, it's a step in the right direction.
I'm anxious, a little nervous but most of all.
READY.
Time to take this muscle stuff on head to head. 
Let's do this.

My abs look funky fresh rn 🤙🏼🌀changed up my ab routine a bit:

•Crunches- 15 reps
•Hanging Leg Raises- 15 reps
•Ball Crunches- 20 reps
**Repeat 3x total**
•Reverse Crunches- 20 reps
•Toe Touches- 20 reps
•Heel touches-30 reps (count 15 each side)
**Repeat 4x total**
•FINISH WITH 1 MINUTE PLANK 💪🏼👊🏼
