Many people seriously dont understand they have an anterior tilt which means their rectus femoris and erector are tight while their hamstrings and abdominals are weak. This can often be seen with women who tend to bend their whole body to show a bit more butt and many people in general who overtrains quadriceps because they are the most focused on muscle (because of looks)
So what can you do to fix this? Usually it's bound to force couples, so that the hamstrings and abdominals need to get worked on, so there is a balance, but hey I'm just a meme page 😝
