Back to the gym after a long long gap of eating whatever i want whenever i want, tension and stress free. I go hard on a contest prep (your suppose to) and then take off post contest.
You do loose muscle and defination but you can always get that back later on. The important part is that you satisfy your mind and body. Prepping it to get back again into dieting and consistent workouts. ¤
It is a marathon ,not a sprint.
