Sleepy Sof made it! No training due to a number of injuries for 2 months (literally just walking, and not even much of that) and I managed to run most of today's 11/12miles and did ALL 20 obstacles. Last year we did it in 5.5 hours but this year decided to go for it! Not feeling too bad now, just some good glute DOMS from all those hills 😄 so happy, all that rest must have really helped the injury. Yay. Now it's shower time and nap time (after my limited 3 hour sleep last night) :) x

- 3 sets of lying dumbell row | 8-10 reps.
- 2 sets of pull-ups | 4-6 reps.
- 1 set of lat-pulldown | 10-12 reps.
- 3 sets of cable row | 10-12 reps.
- 3 sets of hammer curls | 3-5 reps.
- 2 sets of hanging bicep curl | 10-12 reps.
- 1 set of sitting ez-curl | 4 reps. (not in video)
