This journey (for me) has consisted of weeks/months where I’ve told myself I need to “get back on track”. It’s consisted of countless “day 1’s” and despite all of that, I've still found some success in losing weight and most importantly have managed to build a healthy body/mind. I’ve been thinking of what exactly I need to do to head back in the right direction…so I started to reflect back on things I USED to do regularly about a year ago: 1)🏋️♂️ I used to hit the gym at least 4-5 days a week 2) 🙅♀️ I used to be able to decline junk food (majority of the time) and choose healthier foods instead 3)🏃♀️ I used to dedicate at least 30 minutes for cardio each gym session 4) 🍱 I used to meal prep a lot more 5) I used to...not eat a whole box of pizza in one sitting 🤣 It sounds simple and the process for losing weight often times is simple (for some) – but no way in hell does it mean it’s easy. SO, now that I’ve put some thought into what I USED to do and what I NEED to do, all that is left is to just do it! 👊 Committing to losing weight may seem intimidating/impossible but just take it a day at a time. The pics DO NOT do it justice I sweatahgawd. Plus I have an android phone. Nuff said. But they were like yoga pants AND he was on the pull down machine where you push your ass out and arch your back as you go down. I was gonna walk away and then I remembered all of you guy's advice. "Ask if they are new here", "You're attractive, they are just intimidated", "U got dik pic please"...sorry, that last one is just from the Indians who DM me. Ugh, that's a whole different post. So I build up the courage and walk up to him. Before I open my mouth, he takes off his sweater and I see he is fully tatted on both arms and they had to call the Red Cross cause my proceeding orgasm flooded the west coast. Anyways, I say, "I haven't seen you around before. I'm Jav." He goes, "I'm Jay...yknow, the guy who has checked you into this gym everyday for the past month". He was wearing a hat so I couldn't see his face! I apologized and he went on a rant about rich people seeing him as less than and no one seeing him as a person and I said, "Dude, I just wanted you to sit on my face. I'm not here to be lectured." Didn't even crack a smile. So I just said, "Have a nice day" and moved on. There is just something about me that repels dick you guys. *takes out Carrie Bradshaw laptop* "As I left the gym with my face ass deprived, I couldn't help but wonder, does the Red Cross also cover disasters of the heart?" So my question to you is, "Would you eat out Donald Trump in exchange for a week of unlimited sex with your fav celeb". Share/tag the gym rats. LOVE, PEACE AND CHICKEN GREASE!!!!

Hey guys as promised here is my full day of eating yesterday!!!
Meal 1: Homemade quiche Loraine
Meal 2: Teriyaki beef (1 cup) stir fry with peppers, Bokchoy and 1/2 cup rice
Meal 3: 260g watermelon with lime
Meal 4: @benandjerrys pint slices cookie dough
Meal 5: 1 cup @fairlife chocolate milk
Meal 6: vanilla triple zero yogurt with 1/4 cup open nature granola
Meal 7: 100 calorie almonds
Meal 8: salad with peppers, cucumbers, carrots, 1.5 oz mozzarella, one serving @bolthousefarms creamy balsamic, 1 tbsp bacon, 1 egg and 130g chicken

I went over in fat a little bit and under on my carbs but right now I'm not being so strict on my diet and trying to make sure I'm getting ENOUGH quality foods to fuel my body!
