Hope everyone is enjoying the ☀️ weather! Up early I went training glutes, shoulders, abs & cardio!
The Cable Pull Through is excellent for building posterior chain ⛓strength. Just be sure to squeeze 💪🏽 your glutes tight (prune bum!) at the top of the exercise and keep the chin slightly down not hyperextended!
This exercise is usually done unweighted with hands behind the head once mastered ... Then they head over to the squat rack where the real fun begins.
Being close to the wall may be dangerous because of the White Walkers and if you are not a member of Night’s Watch, beware! 😂
