—> After sitting in the car for a few hours today I had ever excuse up my sleeve as to why I shouldn’t be in the gym. My back hurts from sitting in the car, I’m stiff, I’m achey, I’m still sore, YOU NAME IT.
Then... I said... hmmmm are you hurt or are you actually injured? 🤔 Truth be told, I’m in pain every day so today is no different, I was just trying to justify being LAZY. Well, it didn’t work. IM SO GLAD IT DIDNT! BECAUSE... I had a killer lift and although I had to make a few modifications (for said stiffness) I still got the job done.
AND finished off my workout with more weighted pull-ups cause 🤷🏽♀️ #YOLO#TryinToGrowSomeWings AND I ALMOST.... ( 🔑 word - almost ) pulled up with 50lbs. #AGirlCanDream#DoTheHardStuff#Gymshark66
