I ended today’s Chest session with some Boxing and skipping, burning calories and conditioning the body by incorporating different training methods.
Lots of weight gets thrown around at the gym when you workout with @schilkejim. Besides getting huge together, Jim has also shown me some pretty damn cool hiking spots. I have moved my training onto the gymnastic rings as well to increase my strength in the stabilising muscles and with that I get the added bonus of improving that ever so growing core strength💪🏼😄
