Solid 10hrs worth of sleep. Only got up once to stretch and move a bit due to pain. Laid in bed and rested my feet a bit more. Did my fasted #cardio a bit before noon. Two bottles of water and 4 eggs down. The thing is, if you want to be here for the long run along with your health and sanity - prioritizing yourself is part of any goal towards success. It’s normal to have stress and to a certain degree it’s really good for you to have pressure to perform. There’s this invisible line though where it’s hard to tell when it goes from healthy to overload of stress. I’m pretty sure I’ve reached that overload. -
🌙I’ve been putting off meditating and recently been on so many highs and lows with nutrition, gym and just how I feel about myself. Getting it together won’t be perfect. I know December will still be a mess but I’ll be trying to make the best of it. That’s progress. -

This weekend was full of emotions. Nerves and all, I gave it my best & managed to get some prs on squats, deadlifts, & increased my total. Meet 1 272.5 (599.5), Meet 2 262.5 (577.5), & Meet 3 American Open 287.5 (632.5), which is a 55 lb pr from last meet. The goal is to obtain 700+ for the next meet & possibly go down a weight class. I have no idea when I will be competing next, but I will continue to train every day as if I will step foot on the platform. •Hypertrophy • Strength • Peek• Time to focus & work on getting a medal next time. 
Also, big shoutout to everyone who wished me good luck & congratulated me after I shared my results. I appreciate each and every one of you. ☺️🖤 I have met so many strong, humble, & kind individuals through powerlifting & I wouldn’t have it any other way. 💜 There are some of y’all who I’ve only talked to through IG, yet you continue to show me so much love and support. I am beyond thankful to have amazing people in my life. 
A big thanks to @broly_gains for pulling missions like this with me & for helping me drive so I could nap. 😭 Thank you for teaching me how to sumo, for giving the best lift offs, & for the 📸 You’ve helped me in every step of this journey. Wann sollte ich Zughilfen tragen?
Du hast bestimmt schon mal gehört, dass du am Besten gar keine Zughilfen benutzen solltest. Mit Zughilfen würden ja deine Unterarme nicht wachsen und du wärst allgemein dann ein schlechter Mensch. Das ist natürlich bullshit. ➡➡🐒 Deine Unterarme müssen auch mit Zughilfen noch Haltearbeit leisten. Außerdem setzt man Zughilfen optimalerweise nicht bei jeder Einheit ein.
Wann du sie verwenden solltest, hängt grundsätzlich von deiner Griffkraft ab und die ist individuell. Der wichtigste Faktor bei der Griffkraft ist die Größe deiner Hand. Athleten mit kleineren Händen wird es schwerer fallen, eine schwere Stange zu halten als jemand mit riesigen Händen.
Generell gilt, Zughilfen sollten getragen werden wenn deine Griffkraft nicht mehr ausreicht. 
Beispiele für die Anwendung von Zughilfen : - Schwere Sätze beim Latziehen oder Kreuzheben, 5er Sätze im Kreuzheben -Sätze mit vielen Wiederholungen
