Lift each other up ladies!
With all of the negative news coming out about harassment right now it is a great time to come together and realize that almost everyone has been subjected to some form of harassment or abuse at one point in their lives. I commend those sharing their stories. 💗 That is why it is so important to lift others up.
You never know what they’re going through. You never know their journey, or why they have to do what they do.
As women, and men too, we need to realize the strengths we possess and not be afraid to stand up for ourselves. That is one of the reasons I enjoy my online community. It allows us all a chance to come together, share ideas and thoughts. 👉🏼 That block button is an easy fix to cut out the negativity in your social media life. 👈🏼 Don’t be afraid to use it!
Don’t feel you have to apologize for yourself. Always remember to be strong and honest with yourself. Most people are on here just to troll or make generic comments sure.... but I am happy to say that I get to share a lot of stories with most of you, not just about my journey, but about a positive life in general.
Life is too short to hold back.
My mother taught me at a very early age that we are all equal and to not be afraid to show how strong you are. 💗 #metoo
EMMAS TRANSFORMATION ♥️
From Obsessive, Two-A-Day workouts, Never Good Enough, Hungry, No Social Life ➡️ Happy, Healthy, So much Self Love, Eats Out (multiple times a month), Big Social Life!
I believe in LIVING a life full of memories, and good food! I love what I eat, I enjoy working out 4-5 times a week and know when to put down the dessert!
I believe in balance, I live balance and I preach balance! 🚫 Don’t ever convince yourself that being obsessed is healthy! It’s not, I speak from experience🚫
5x6 Skwaaats at 340! Felt weird as hell doing regular low bar reps for the first time in about 2 months, and things felt a lot slower than they look. Got a little forwards coming out of the hole(haha) and tried to clean that up on following sets. #babyweight
Trying to get and stay back on track.. I've been working out pretty consistently (minus traveling to Idaho for my mom's memorial and getting some sort of head/chest cold 🙄) but my diet has been all out of whack... from forgetting to eat and just finishing off my kids' chicken nuggets or grilled cheese, to some unhealthy football Sunday fried deliciousness, that made me feel like garbage, I have been all over the place! I've lost muscle and gained some fat, and I'm sure good old cortisol has something to do with that as well. Life can be a rollercoaster, and this year has literally been the biggest one of all... but I press on and keep moving forward, although I have to admit some days are much harder than others. Just trying to stay faithful and live every day pointing my life to Jesus. It's a struggle, and I fail, but God is ALWAYS good, God is ALWAYS faithful, and God ALWAYS cares and is there. My life in the past year has proven that more than ever.

Depressed and in need of a new life experience. The easiest thing for me to do is focus on getting in shape. Looking forward to tightening up again and eating better. I can mope around or I can find something else to put my attention into. Im still learning and growing and it's not what I thought it would be but the good thing is that I have choices even if they don't happen right away I can make steps towards them and I get a nice boost in focusing on my fitness. Here's to veggies and protein 👌🏾
There's no 2 ways about it..if you want to increase your strength significantly, you have to lift heavy. The generally accepted rep range is 5 or less to directly stimulate a strength response. Today I did 230 for 5, 235 for 5, and then 235 for 4. Felt good but man, I'm tired now. 🏋️
