🔮Your health is a priority. Sometimes it feels like the right thing to do is put it off because you’re busy working on bigger things. The thing is, if you want to be here for the long run along with your health and sanity - prioritizing yourself is part of any goal towards success. It’s normal to have stress and to a certain degree it’s really good for you to have pressure to perform. There’s this invisible line though where it’s hard to tell when it goes from healthy to overload of stress. I’m pretty sure I’ve reached that overload. -
🌙I’ve been putting off meditating and recently been on so many highs and lows with nutrition, gym and just how I feel about myself. Getting it together won’t be perfect. I know December will still be a mess but I’ll be trying to make the best of it. That’s progress. -

This weekend was full of emotions. Nerves and all, I gave it my best & managed to get some prs on squats, deadlifts, & increased my total. Meet 1 272.5 (599.5), Meet 2 262.5 (577.5), & Meet 3 American Open 287.5 (632.5), which is a 55 lb pr from last meet. The goal is to obtain 700+ for the next meet & possibly go down a weight class. I have no idea when I will be competing next, but I will continue to train every day as if I will step foot on the platform. •Hypertrophy • Strength • Peek• Time to focus & work on getting a medal next time.
Also, big shoutout to everyone who wished me good luck & congratulated me after I shared my results. I appreciate each and every one of you. ☺️🖤 I have met so many strong, humble, & kind individuals through powerlifting & I wouldn’t have it any other way. 💜 There are some of y’all who I’ve only talked to through IG, yet you continue to show me so much love and support.
