One of humanities biggest problem I think may be due to the fact that very few of us consciously practice self-reflection. We tend to numb ourselves with outside sources of stimuli instead of diving within to understand our consciousness or our spirit. So we get off track.
We forget the focus of life, the love of it, and what may come after it.

✔ Stop calling it the 'man's area'. Anyone can weightlift just take some headphones. Ppl should be focusing on themselves. I started bench pressing 20kg 2 years ago, 65kg is what I'm on now
✔ Protein. Have loads. A woman's magazine recommended 50g a day lool. I have 2x+ more.
✔ Look at bodybuilding.com for how to do exercises and also workout programs for beginners , intermediate etc
✔ Get the form right. Don't pile on weight and say you're squatting heavy and deadliftting heavy. Lock out, get depth and if bench pressing bring the weight to you chest. Otherwise reduce the weight and get the form right!

They really work your glutes and hamstrings🙌🏼Keep your back flat and head up, lower slowly and squeeze Dat booty on each rep! Base knee is bent and your foot flat close booty elevated on a step bench (to increase range of motion). Opposite leg straight up, slightly bent. Do not lock your knees. I have 2- 10lb plates on each side. One hooked on the safety latch. 💥Do 4x15 each leg.
