Una reciente revisión sistemática y metaanálisis ha determinado que no existen diferencias notables en la efectividad de la periodización lineal versus ondulatoria sobre la fuerza de la parte superior o inferior del cuerpo.

Una característica clave de la periodización lineal es un alto volumen y una baja intensidad al principio con aumentos graduales de intensidad y disminuciones de volumen dentro y entre períodos de entrenamiento.

La periodización ondulante ha sido descrita como una variación de intensidad y volumen más frecuente, diaria, semanal o quincenal, y generalmente utiliza zonas de la repetición máxima para prescribir la intensidad de ejercicio.

Utiliza la que consideres más adecuada para ti y puedes ir variando, pero ten claro que tienes que periodizar. Tienes que tener un objetivo a largo plazo y dentro de cada mesociclo ir metiendo pequeños objetivos. No puedes ir haciendo entrenamientos aleatorios si quieres progresar.

-Ponemos a cocer el arroz integral y los garbanzos.

-En la sartén, freimos el pimiento, la cebolla, el ajo todo bien picadito🔪, cuando lo tengamos medio hecho, echamos la carne picada a la sartén, mezclamos. 😋💫. .
-Cuando esté la carne, ponemos 30gr de tomate S/A, cayena molida ( un poquito👌🏽, para darle un ligero sabor picante🔥) y a los garbanzos le espolvoreamos los cominos y el pimentón🌶.

Why would I settle to be average if I could make time and work at something early on. I got nothing but time in front of me, and passions never fade so I’m excited for the future of bodybuilding and training. I see others around me not striving for more constantly, they jus isn’t in me anymore. Stay consistent and work harder than you did yesterday. Keep doing that and time will take you to the top🗻 I am by no means even close to the goal but it’s all in my line of sight, which is all I could ask for, to know I’m doing right by my vision.
