Did you consciously decide not to be healthy and/or train at any point of your life? I don’t think so and I will try to proof it.

Well though being healthy is not a binary state it is quite obvious that some have a harder time than others to get in shape or stick to a training routine. 
So is it really your fault? And at this point I will call out all the lazy ones because being lazy is just your fault. 
So why do some have more success than others?
Success is the result of what sociologists like to call „accumulative advantage.“
How does that happen? 
Very simplified it will mean the better you are the better coaching you will get. That’s how the systems work. All the pros get the all the scienific-smart coaches in the world. 
No NFL strength and conditioning Coach would consider training your grandmother. Sorry about that. 
Would he even have the tools for it? Or would he scale everything to make it fit to her needs?
So on the contrary the more you are out of shape the worse your Coach will be. Sorry about that. So it will most likely create a not very pleasant and motivating atmosphere for you. 
And that is not acceptable. 
Because we so profoundly personalize success, we miss opportunities to lift others onto the top rung. 
We make rules that frustrate achievement. We prematurely write off people as failures. And that doesn’t only implement sports by the way.

We are too much in awe of those who succeed and far too dismissive of those who „fail“.
And by „we“ I mean society by determining who makes it and who doesn’t.

Our gym, my coaches and I will stand up against that. We are here for those ones who need the most attention. 
Deconditioned people. People being stuck in faulty movement patterns. People in pain because of that. 
People who just want to feel better after training. People who want to learn.

Hitting 105's on the incline today for 3 reps. It was not a chest day at all. Especially after 3 consecutive days of benching. But thanks to a fellow lifter buddy of mine he challenged me to attempt this. Mind you I just hit 100's for the first time on incline two weeks ago. This lift was after a 3 set 12 rep incline warmup with 175 barbell. I enjoy that my buddy pushes my limits and also challenges me.
