Chlorophyll is another one of those green super foods, good for multiple things like coconut oil.
I used to drink it years ago and just recently started back on it. I love it because it is a natural body deodorizer. Yep, that's right! It also helps detoxify the liver, helps fight cancer, improves digestion and speeds up wound healing. These are just a few of the benefits.
I use the liquid form in a peppermint flavour which it makes it easier to get my water intake in for the day. One tablespoon 3x a day (as per this brand) and you're good to go.
It's perfect because you get the benefits of the chlorophyll and the hydration of water in one.
