4 Tips For Improving Your Sales Skills by Michael Miller, via Skillslab.Io.
1 - Track Ourselves
In essence, monitor your progress and ensure you are bettering yourself and your performance at all times.
2 - Find an Accountability Parnter
This could be seen as a mentor, or simply a friend who you can detail your progress to. This will act as a reminder as to your progress.
3 - Take Away The Distractions
This is probably one of thee best things you can do (but potentially the hardest). We have distractions open to us by the very nature of the tools we use. The more you can get rid or tame those distractions, the more you will get done / sell.
4 - Put Your Phone Away
Similar to the above, ensure your phone goes away at certain times of the day. If you have an important task to do, turn the phpne off or put it in a different room. Focus is very important in sales and this will help.

#Macarons by far, are one of those treats where you really need to learn the basics & get a feel for the technique. But once you feel confident, there are many fun ways to decorate your macarons!
One of our favourite ways is to add some sprinkles on top of the shells! Once you pipe your batter on the baking sheet & tapped the trays a few times, scatter the sprinkles on. Then let them dry before baking. Easy!

Sheena at the Giordano store at #changiairport taught me that if a trouser/shorts goes around your neck comfortably, it will go around your waist! Apparently an Asian technique. I tried 3 different sizes and she was right! You learn something new everyday. But every once in a while, you learn something that startles! #jugaad#hacks#lifehacks#lifestyle
