Sometimes I get too “project happy” and put too much on my plate. I’m trying to focus on one project at a time. Yet my brain is swirling with ideas! My family and I are also beginning to eat healthier and be more aware of what we are putting in our bodies, so we have been preoccupied doing that as well. I want my kiddos to have healthier eating habits than my husband and I have. It’s not easy food prepping for an entire family, but it is sure worth it. Here’s to hoping to complete at least one project this week!
As most of you know in order to retail dog treats/food in the U.S. there are labeling rules that must be followed.
All ingredients must be listed in order of largest amount to smallest amounts, proof of guaranteed analysis must be on the label, & the weight amount of the product must be also be displayed.
I do regret that there has been one ingredient that has existed in every recipe, in very large quantities, but has not properly been disclosed on our labels. This has been rectified and you will see it on all of our future labels. This is what our labels will look like going forward.

BAHAN DOUGH PIZZA👇
✔ 600 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi ( tepung Cakra )
✔ 370 ml air hangat
✔ 2 1/2 sdt ragi instant
✔ 2 1/2 sdt garam
✔ 60 ml minyak zaitun / minyak sayur
✔ 1/2 sdt gula pasir
CARA MEMBUAT 👇
✔ Campur ragi dengan air dan gula pasir, Air pake dari sebagian ukuran di resep, aduk rata diamkan selama 5menit biar berbuih artinya ragi aktif jika tdk berbuih ragi sdh jelek tidak bs di gunakan.
✔ Ayak tepung, lalu tambahkan garam aduk aduk buat lubang di tengah tambahkan minyak lalu tuang kan cairan ragi & sisa air hangat.
✔ Aduk dengan tangan sampai tercampur rata, diamkan selama 5menit dgn di tutup kain bersih supaya glutenny rehat. Setelah 5menit keluarkan dan mulai diuleni selama 10menit adonan smp kalis.
✔ Bulatkan adonan lalu simpan dlm wadah yg sudah di olesi minyak, lalu istirahatkan adonan selama kurleb 45menit / sampai mengembang 2x nya keluarkan adonan bagi menjadi 2 gunakan loyang sisanya saya buat pizza base mini, bulatkan adonan lalu taruh di tengah loyang diamkan selama 10menit.
✔ Setelah 10menit pipihkan dgn jari tekan2 ke arah pinggir.
✔ Setelah di pipihkan tusuk2 adonan lalu olesi dgn saos tomat / saos bolognaise ratakan sisakan bagian pinggir,, lalu beri topping saya pake sosis sapi, beef burger, bawang bombay, red mozzarela, keju cheddar, keju parmesan, oregano, basil, & parsley.
✔ Panggang dgn suhu oven 200°c selama 25menit, sesuaikan dgn kondisi oven masing, sebelumny oven sudah dipanaskan dulu, saya selama 20menit.

3 weeks, just 21 days & I honestly feel like a NEW person from where I was 😜

I'm down 10 lbs in just 3 weeks! 🙀 This is crazy y'all! Chicken and shrimp wonton soup. The plump stuffing is made with a mix of minced chicken, shrimp, minced ginger, light soy sauce, sesame oil, a bit of sugar and salt. Boil it in salt water and put aside. Make the broth by sautéing minced garlic and ginger with sesame oil. Add chicken broth. Then add the carrots, shrimp, mushroom or whatever veggies you prefer.
