Ich finde das Konzept von @live_it_lift_it sehr praktisch, weil das Kalorienzählen wegfällt und weil es eine große Auswahl an leckeren Rezepten gibt. Soweit ich gesehen habe, sind auch alle Sachen sehr leicht zu kochen und ob das wirklich stimmt, werde ich in den nächsten Tagen sehen.

It's been more than 2 years now working in my new career passion. 2 years may seem like a long time but in the big picture of things it is just a drop in the bucket.
Each day is a new adventure, a new challenge, a new friend I meet and make a true difference in their life.
I am not a self made millionaire yet, but everyday my business grows financially and more importantly with the impact I make on those people I have known a long time, as well as new people I am blessed to meet daily.
Spending my Sunday night on the phone helping a new friend make some permanent changes for the best to their everyday life is something I will never ever get tired of.
I hope your days are filled with these sorts of experiences. If you are just trudging through Monday to Friday to get to the weekend, just to get ready to do it all over again like groundhog day- please take that leap of faith and bet on YOU!!! You can have be and do anything in the world you want. It may be tough at times, it may seems like it is all uphill, but you have to trust me when I tell you- the victory when you get to the top is well worth the struggle.

Some stable moves for any leg or upper body day. I don’t have time to join a gym bc my schedule is pretty chaotic & im all for saving money, so I settle for my apartment gym. And my apartment gym sucks 🙃 However, I make do with the equipment I have. I have learned you don’t need fancy machines to break a sweat anyways. 🔥🤷🏽♀️
#Whole30 starts...TOMORROW. Eek, this is round 2, and mah dude is in it with me this time. So exited to feel great and kick mah sugar dragon to the curb. "What do you want to be when you grow up?" The only thing I knew for sure is that I would be a Mom and I would have a job helping people. It wasn't until I became a Mom that I realized how hard it was to juggle everything. There was a time I stopped dreaming, I felt lost, stuck and unhappy. It wasn't until coaching until I got my spark back again.
My #1 priority will always be to give my kids the best version of myself. Our days are filled with fun, adventure and valuable time together. I see how loving, compassionate and caring they are, so I must be doing something right. I want them to always know they are capable of doing anything and that I believe in them always.
I didn't know about coaching as an option until after my son was born. I wish I knew about it way sooner. Making coaching my job has kept me on track with my overall health, nutrition and fitness. I love that I can give back to my family in so many ways. I am present, the best version of myself and I make an income from home to help support my family. What a blessing this is, I am so grateful.
I have a meeting in the suburbs tomorrow so I went home to my parents tonight which means my moms amazing cooking🤗 this is grilled chicken with a cranberry orange butter on top, salad, and green beans. Everything was amazing, I’m a lucky girl! I’m so sad the weekend is already over😩 but I had such a good day today, I got smoothies with @marathoner_dale and @genuinely_jules and it was so nice to just talk about food and running among other things! That’s been the best part of this account, meet people who are so genuine and nice and have so many of the same interests. Anyways I’m off to finish up some work and hopefully get to bed early! This recipe is seriously AMAZING!
It may not seem interesting, but once you dress it with the garnishments, it turns into something I could eat again and again. .
🖤 Black Bean Soup 🖤
- 3 cans black beans
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup chicken or veggie stock
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 3t cumin
- 1t coriander
- 1T balsamic vinegar .
* sauté onion, pepper, and garlic in a large soup pot
* while the veggies cook, mash one can of beans in a bowl
* add the bay and seasonings to pan
* add the rest of the ingredients to the pot, except the vinegar * simmer for 20 minutes
* drizzle in the vinegar, stir, cook another minute or two .
💜 Serve garnished with avocado, a dollop of plain Greek yogurt, cilantro, and a healthy squeeze of lime.
Grain free and dairy free, low carb “donuts”, that are amazing! I made these into muffins last week (see earlier post for recipe) because I did not have a donut pan, but this week I made DONUTS! Lol

Myself in the left picture: I struggled with weight gain for the last two years. I did yo-yo dieting and always attempted to put in hours at the gym. I once got really good results with an 8 week weight program. I spent alot of time in the gym and I couldn’t sustain that lifestyle as it took up too much of my time. Then over the years became more and more depressed as my clothes didn’t fit anymore and just felt overall tired and crummy. .
Myself in the right picture: This is me happy. It was after my first rounds of the 21 day fix. All I did was exercise in my own home with two sets of weights. I focused on tracking my found and meal prep. My back pain lessened and I found I had more energy each day. .
