#WelcomeWednesday to my new followers! A few things you should know about me:
1) I do not follow "diets".
2) I do not believe in "good" or "bad" foods. Some foods are more nutritious than others, and some foods make you happier than others - both are important.
3) I do not weigh myself (anymore). 4) I will never try to sell you anything. (Anyone who tries to make money off of your road to health shouldn't be trusted!)
5) I swear a lot.
6) I run a lot.
7) I eat a lot.
Any questions? 😂 #alsobeer
Hello, my name is Stephanie. I'm holding a mango the size of my head. Grub Album started because I was so inspired by the article (in bio) I read, I thought I'd contribute even more food pics into the digital realm. I'm excited to start this journey, What's in a meal? What are we eating that's actually representative of the average person, the millennial on a budget, the creative food problem solver, or the picky eater? Does food need to be professionally photographed to be documented? No. I'm a food critic simply by owning taste buds.
Bon appetit! Buen Provecho! Happy Eating!
#DearFoodHistorian This was taken 2 years ago, when I finally found my way back to Puerto Rico. The trip rejuvenated my soul. I revisited my family, the people and history, and of course reveled in the flavors no one can compare to from my abuela's kitchen. Mangos remind me of my childhood because my bus stop was right next to a bunch of mango trees. I would hop off the bus and look on the ground for a mango to bring home. I'm thinking about PR today because Hurricane Maria is about to be unwelcomed there. My family and my mom are bracing the storm.
