There's been alot of misconception regarding #gaining in mass of gym going people. 🔘Gaining is not about eating anything you want and still you will be able to built muscle mass a big NO.
Gaining weight or fat is not what gaining is because when you go for cutting session you will not get anything from it i.e no muscles .
If you're gaining and looking for pure muscle mass you'll have to look for your micros and macros (nutritional requirement). According to me calculate your daily nutritional requirement as per your goals.
So How you have to Eat here's your answer below 👇 📌Eat modrate of carbs. (carbohydrates) only complex carbs.
📌Eat modrate of fibers. As they help you to lower your body fat and maimtain body weight and also assist you build muscle fibers.( Ex Green veggies and oat meals are primary sources). 📌High of proteins (eat tons of protein)😜 cause protein is what help you to built muscle .
❌Avoid junk foods, candies, chocolates (except dark choclates sometimes) , sugar etc they won't help you in anyway * but you can have cheat meal once a week✔️ I can transform you naturally DM me to get started.
