This kid 😂 he loves his smoothies. I thought it was because he wanted a cold drink like me, but now he asks for it before I even get mine made. And the kid destroys it. There is never any left. -
He has turned into my pickiest eater and I can't reason with him at his age why he should eat what I offer. A lot of times he picks at dinner and then leaves the table, knowing good and well that's the last meal of the day. -
Thankfully, he enjoys this and I know he's getting a serving of fruits and veggies, protein, healthy fats, and even probiotics. -
It's formulated for kids, but my husband enjoys it and it's his smoothie mix of choice! -
A smoothie isn't a substitute for a healthy diet of whole foods, but it is a great way to supplement and fill in those missing gaps.

Loving your gut does NOT mean give it treats (like candy). Your gut and your mouth probably have a very different understanding of a treat. Loving your gut to me, means giving it real nutricion to heal and create energy for all the processes in your body. Whole foods made by nature, packed with vitamins, minerals, fibers, healthy fats and protein. Taking care of your gut is a constant conversation; what does my body need? Greens, vitamins, fibers or hydration maybe? Your gut is your engine, choose your type of fuel wisely!🔥 #bodylove
This quote struck me today.... because normally you get the "anything is possible if you believe" but realistically it takes nerve to get to that point of believing. It takes nerve to know and say out loud what you want. It takes nerve to ask for assistance. It takes nerve to be confident in your own abilities and to have faith in what you can do. It takes nerve to fight back against he fears that are holding you back. But the bottom line is anything is possible! You just need to get yourself to the point with nerve that you don't allow fear or shyness or lack of self belief and confidence or whatever it is for you, that it doesn't control your actions and you can move forward and achieve everything you want! #thoughts#inspiration#inspo#instadaily#life#anythingispossible
I know. I am a reincarnated goat. Hahaha! This is MY comfort food. Surprised that Aya enjoyed the mustasa and buro as well. Talbos ng sitaw reminds me of talbos ng sayote. Just blanched it and topped it with sliced tomatoes. But what makes it so yummy is the amazing Mushroom Bagoong. Ansarap talaga! Esp when I squeezed the calamansi. Party in my mouth! Thank you ate Fay for these stuff from Good Cravings. Love them all!
