#transformationtuesday actionnnnn. Im officially back in the gym 🙌🏻 This last month of being sick, having to rest, and basically reverse diet all over again has been brutal for me. I can't help but think everything I worked for over the last year has gone away. Then I looked at these 2 pictures and I'm nowhere near the girl on the left anymore, physically or mentally. BIG changes!! I've lost some of my muscle over the last few weeks, but I know I can gain it back. Right now I'm trying to just be thankful I'm finally back in the gym and doing what I love- I've been out way longer than a month before. Despite my body going renegade on me, I've had a really good year and I'm excited to see more changes over the next few months! #readytolift#needgains#teamhexx#roadtowellness#eattogrow#reversedieting#postsurgery
Hello insta 🙋. Voici ma shape actuelle de prise de masse (abdos voilés). Je suis à +5kg depuis février 📈. Certes une prise de gras mais c'est voulu et contrôlé 😉👍 Peut être un peu de muscles mais ça je l'ai pas remarqué 😂. En tous cas, vous comparez pas à des gens hyper secs toute l'année car c'est pas ça la vraie vie. La vraie vie c'est de manger à sa faim et de profiter de temps en temps des plaisirs de la vie 🙌✌. En ce moment, je crève la dalle donc j'écoute mon corps et je mange beaucoup 😂😍👍. Donc courage à ceux qui sont en restriction calorique, je pense fort à vous car j'aurai du mal 😂 #ILoveCarbs#AssumeTonCorps 👊
