Just finished the @crossfitapollo class workout this morning with the 8:30 crew. Really fun workout! Give it a shot and see if you can beat our score. We barely finished a full round plus 2 calories on the rower.
Here's the specifics:
➢ Complete the row with one athlete working at a time. The barbell exercises must be synchronized with two athletes working at the same time. Synchronized reps will count for 1 rep, not two. ➢ Teams with 2+ males complete 80 cal, teams with 2+ females complete 60 cal row.
