I have been considered more of realist in theory.  That is not to say I don't dream or have my aspirations. I love the dreamers as long as you dream realistic and have a plan to fulfill those ideas and dreams.  People often confuse dreams for a need of more ideas; however,  what we need is to control our emotions. There are individuals with solid ideas yet lacking success due to control of emotion. Attention coaches: I applaud you putting your athletes through some type of in-season conditioning program designed to MAINTAIN their current level of fitness and help stave off injury... just please realize that these should in fact be the goals of such a program! 
It's NEVER a good idea to push athletes so hard that they can barely walk, or have trouble straightening their limbs without pain- it's especially stupid to do it in-season when they have to compete! 
Look, anyone can make an athlete sore.The real art and science of coaching involves designing programs that create enough of a physical stimulus to maintain strength, speed and power- yet still promote functional balance and provide athletes with ample recovery. 
As hard as our athletes work for us, we at least owe them that much, no?

One of those two...or maybe both...did you see my LIVE video (Stories) different doctor yesterday and I just feel great.  No idea what is going on, but I left with a plan and woke with motivation. ✨

Why? Cause I am a planner...so I at least have direction and a course(s) of action...so a lot of the worry has been cleared from my mind and replaced with a course of direction.  Does that make sense?  For my PLANNERS out there I know it does!

I don’t think there is a more unsettling feeling than making a living will. It was all fine and dandy to fill out until I got to the part about who will take care of my kids if something happened to me. I stopped filling it out right there because no one will take care of my kids as good as me. No one will love my kids more than me. It was definitely nerve wrecking to fill out but I’m happy I finally have something in place for my family and children should I pass on before my time. #LivingWill #GoGetOne #HaveAPlan #NeverKnowWhenItsYourTime 🙏

Struggling with your diet? Do you have a system and a plan for preparing food? Maintaining a healthy diet has little to do with the knowledge of what to eat (we all know real food is the way to go) and everything to do with your psychology. The BEST way to combat psychology is with a plan. When do you buy groceries? When do you prepare your meals? When do you plan what you’re going to eat? If you can’t  answer those questions or you’re not consistent, you’re setting yourself up for a difficult and frustrating time. I’m so OCD that every morning at exact same time I’m in the exact same place. 😂 .
