Yay, finally I have the first blogpost up for a very delicious made with this chocolate! You have to go to my blog in case you want to know what it is. The recipe turned out amazing and can't wait for you guys to see what it is. I will have a blogpost up every week with a recipe with a different chocolate bars. So 4 more recipes to go! If I have time I'll post other recipes too, but these are on the schedule for now. And I want to thank @kingmontychocolates for sending me these amazing bars. They are seriously the best chocolate bars I've ever had! They're really creamy and melt easily! Dangerously good. 😍

Today I'm at my nannying job and dreaming about oatmeal that isn't in a little recycled salsa jar! Sure- I appreciate my portable oats but they can't beat a big bowl with a bunch of tasty toppings!
This one had lil apple cubes, blueberries, strawberries, chia seeds, peanut butter, a lil bit of chocolate chips, and a splash of almond milk! Surely not the most healthy breakfast but it tasted divine! ✨

Have y'all noticed I've been putting a lil divider in between my goofy descriptions and my personal stuff?? I figured that it saves people who want to only read one or the other times- haha! I've been working really hard on Halloween stuff and planning my trip back to the east coast during the winter holidays and it's been a wild ride! I'm really so excited to get to eat at my favorite restaurant from Philly and see my friends and spend New Year's Eve there! But I shouldn't think soooo far ahead- Halloween first! Haha!

So. Mag das easy Rezept für mein 💟DINKEL-BETE-BROT💟 (wir sagen ja immer "Prooohht" - klingt irgendwie besser) mit Euch teilen. Ihr braucht: ✔500g helles Dinkel- oder Weizenmehl, ✔300g gekochte Rote Bete, ✔120ml Wasser oder Rote-Bete-Saft, ✔1 EL Öl, ✔1 TL Zucker, ✔1 TL Salz, ✔1 Pkg Trockenhefe und ✔0,5 bis 1 TL Brotgewürz. ▶️ So geht's: Die Bete mit Wasser/Saft und Öl pürieren. Mit den anderen Zutaten zu einem Teig verkneten und 45 Minuten gehen lassen. Anschließend nochmal durchkneten, in eine bemehlte Form geben und wieder 15 Minuten gehen lassen. Dann mit einem Messer einritzen und bei 180 Grad 30 Minuten backen. Das war's schon 😊😋

Tried to get a photo of my soup last night but my phone died so instead you'll have to enjoy this backlogged stunner shot of the ever-messy, ever-delicious plum saucy lentil burger bowl from @cinnamonsnail 😍 While I highly recommend it in its base form on a pretzel bun, sometimes you just need to get your greens by smothering them in wasabi mayo. This baby has been my favorite menu item since they got rid of the miso glazed tofu 👅

I always crave sweets after lunch or when I want a snack or hmmm most of the time? I've teamed up with @simplyplantmanasa to create recipes for nutrient filled TASTY treats that can go from breakfast to dessert 👯🙌 go check out her chocolatey sweet potato oatmeal 😍

The most FUDGY healthy brownies🍫🍫
✨~2 cups cooked sweet potato, 1 cup oat flour, 1/2 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup brown rice syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp salt. Process all ingredients until smooth, then stir in 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips. Bake in parchment lined tin at 350F for 30 mins 👍
✨Frosting: process 1 cup pitted medjool dates, 3 tbs hot water. Then add 1 tbs almond butter, 2 tbs cocoa powder and process until smooth, adding almond milk for desired consistency (I probs used 2 tbs). Plant foods have so much flavor are are so versatile when you know how to use them in dishes. If you’re new to a vegan lifestyle give yourself time to adjust. My friend messaged me a couple weeks ago saying how she went vegan and everything she ate tasted bland and gross and just a few days ago she messaged me again saying how her meals taste so good and are so flavorful! Taste buds actually change and adapt which is pretty cool if you think about it. 🤔

But I did a slow yoga flow to really give my muscles a good stretch.
This is my lunch from yesterday (I know I said I was done with smoothie bowls but I guess I lied LOL)
I blended together frozen banana, frozen pineapple, spinach, almond butter, maca powder, carob powder, chia seeds, hemp hearts, ice, and soy milk! Such a good combo it taste just like chocolate ice cream😍

EXCUSES❗️Dinge wie "Veränderungen/Recovery sind hart und machen Angst und deswegen schaffe ich es nicht" oder "Für mich ist es schwerer als für alle anderen" waren lange Ausreden dafür, mich gegen Veränderungen/ den Kampf aus meiner Magersucht/ Bulimie zu wehren. Ausreden dafür, keine Verantwortung für mein Leben zu übernehmen. Aber ich habe erkannt, dass alle Möglichkeiten und die Stärke sich zu verändern und gesund zu werden jederzeit (!!) da sind. Wartet nicht bis ihr euch "bereit" fühlt, denn man fühlt sich niemals 100% bereit. Wartet nicht, bis sich alles um euch herum perfekt einfügt, denn das wird nicht passieren. Fangt an mit dem was ihr habt👉🏼solange man dran bleibt, mit allen Höhen und Tiefen, wird man es schaffen, ganz egal welches Ziel man verfolgt. Man muss "einfach" anfangen. Von jetzt auf gleich. Und der Rest fügt sich. So und ohne Magie, besonderer Begabung o.ä. habe ich vor 2 Jahren angefangen und so habe ich es heute aus meiner Essstörung geschafft👉🏼Ich habe aufgehört auf meine Ausreden zu hören und angefangen🌟

Improv again and it turned out unbelievably delicious 😍❤👌

Lettuce and kale, ripped to pieces, marinating in a blended dressing made of:
🍋 One lemon
🍐 One pear
🌌 Two teaspoons of fresh ginger
🍈 Half an avocado
🍑 Half an onion
🌱 Two tablespoons of fennel
.
Topped with 15 soaked almonds, the other half of the avocado, paprika powder and italian spices.

Hmmmmm.
Creamy and sour.
You can add in a date or two for more sweetness. Also you can add some zucchini or cucumber to add more volume. 
Enjoy the deliciousness of fresh fruits and veggies! Yay!

Dave's dinner usually looks like some variation of this: Whole wheat 🌾 penne with cabbage slices, tihini & buffalo sauce 👌🏼 Though I definitely don't eat spicy 🌶 food it opens up a ton of fat free or low fat options & simplicity is key 🗝

Ich habe mir passend zum Herbst eine Kürbissuppe aus Butternut nach dem Rezept der Lieben @schuesselglueck gemacht 😇✨
Schmeckt super gut und ist mal etwas anderes, da ich vorher immer nur Kürbissuppe aus Hokkaido kannte 😊👌🏻🔥
Zum Schluss noch ein paar Kürbiskerne rüber geben und fertig ist das perfekte Wohlfühl Essen im Herbst 😌🍂🍁

Der verpatzte Lauf von gestern steckt mit trotzdem noch ein bisschen in den Knochen.  Nicht mal so sehr in den Beinen, sondern eher im Kopf, ich weiß auch nicht so recht warum...
Deshalb wurde es heute ein lockerer (Berg)Dauerlauf, nur 12 Kilometer und ganz entspannt. Für heute war das auf jeden Fall genau das Richtige 🏃
