toast tuesdayyyyyy!!!! ❄️❄️Having fun with some zucchini noodles this morning- I put them into a little nest formation sprayed @chosenfoods avocado oil + garlic + salt and baked at 350 for about 7 minutes, added a soft boiled egg+ toasted sourdough and topped it off with sliced avo because that's how we doooo it 😋✨

Write down what is no longer serving you then burn it in nature to release that energy. Then write out affirmations in "I am" statements and keep those with you. .
Will you magically rid those long formed habits that you just released? No, that's on you to practice. But the intention of wholeheartedly releasing something and surrendering it to a power greater than yourself is the best place to start. Keep surrendering them with love whenever they crop up.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience! Stop beating on yourself for your ego's knee jerk reactions - you're still human. And that's ok! I did for years and it only set me back in a vicious circle to repeat the same 💩 over and over. S E L F C A R E Monday: Create a Morning Routine
Creating a routine and setting out to complete a few tasks before your day starts will leave you energized and make you feel accomplished before your day has even begun.
Try your hand at these suggestions:
* Wake up 30 minutes earlier, and actually get up. No snoozing your alarm clock (still need to master this one!) 30 minutes can make a world of difference when you want to get a little more done or just to simply have a more relaxing morning. * Avoid technology in the morning. No scrolling through Instagram or checking emails from bed. When you start your day, try actually letting it unfold without any digital distraction. It’s a hard habit to break, so try charging your phone away from your bedside—across the room or *gasp* in another room and revert back to a digital alarm clock.
* Get ready. Is beauty your last priority in the morning? Then try using this extra time to develop a skincare routine, refining your makeup skills. Mascara can do wonders, but the act of spending a little extra time focusing on yourself has more benefit to your happiness.
* Take time for breakfast! It’s the most important meal of the day, so quit skipping it or grabbing it at Starbucks. * Tackle one task you hate doing and one you love as well, to promote productivity and happiness throughout the day. * Sweat it out. There’s always the option to work out in the morning when research says our willpower is at its highest point. * Plan your day, a completed to-do list will make you feel superhuman. Making a to-do list that isn’t too lofty will give your day structure, allowing you to prioritize and conquer more.
Your day doesn’t have to start off with Zen meditation to get you off to a good start, but whatever brings your morning to a place of positivity is a worthwhile habit to cultivate, now and forever. Consistency is the key to your morning routine, so make sure you stick to it to see the full benefits. .

- Romanian Deadlifts x3; 12 reps
- Seated Band Abductions x1; 50 reps
