Quick question? Am I the only one who burns lentils almost every time?! 😯I thought I was doing so well this morning and was multitasking between exercise and cooking. The lentils were almost done and I went back to do another part of my circuit and I forgot to go back and check them. Darn! I had to cook another batch for this lentil salad🤗
This is definitely one of my favorite go-to vegan meals. It's also a huge treat for my Dad. He loves all Middle Eastern cuisine.
These two are super simple dishes that pair well together. They're quick and delicious as well.
Cauliflower roasted in the oven with @chosenfoods🥑oil and Himilayan PS served with pomegranate seeds and pistachios and topped with tahini sauce. Recipe is 7 posts back 😎
The lentil salad is 2 cups of lentils cooked in 3.5 cups water. Add tomato, parsley, Persian 🥒 and bell pepper.
1/3 cup olive oil ( I used @caoliveranch)
1/3 cup ACV
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried basil
Crushed garlic if you wish.

A receita de hoje é bem simples de fazer e o resultado é uma combinação deliciosa: bife grelhado com legumes.
Você vai precisar de:
1 cenoura em cubos;
1 xícara (chá) de brócolis em buquês pequenos;
1 abobrinha sem sementes, em cubos;
4 filés de alcatra ou contrafilé (com aproximadamente 200g cada);
Sal, pimenta-do-reino e salsa picada a gosto;
2 colheres (sopa) de azeite;
3 dentes de alho picados.
Modo de preparo
Cozinhe a cenoura no vapor por 3 minutos. Adicione o brócolis e cozinhe por 5 minutos. Junte a abobrinha e cozinhe por 3 minutos ou até ficar ao dente. Reserve.
Aqueça uma frigideira tipo grelha, em fogo alto, e doure os bifes por 3 minutos de cada lado para mal-passado e 4 minutos para ficar ao ponto. BAKED ZUCCHINI FRIES!!!! These beauties are super easy to make and so delish! Throw some garlic powder, oregano and parm, dip your zucchini slices in olive oil and spices and then pop in the oven! I enjoyed them with some marinara sauce which I HIGHLY recommend! Enjoy!
October 15th I hosted my monthly pop up dinner. My crew was incredible and I couldn't do it without them. @grizzlyclaws @smorganborgan and Miriam. You guys supported me in living out my dream. Have not tried the @lovesuja kombucha for and was not a huge fan. Love their juices, but this missed the market for me. Packaging is on point like all of their branding. @lovesuja is a beast in the market and with @cocacola as an investor they continue to dominate!
