This is such a simple, easy & versatile recipe, 
By Making homemade, your cutting out the crap and putting all the love and goodness into your food and your body!! Plus you know exactly what's in it !! ......
Recipe here ๐Ÿ‘‡
1 can (organic)chickpeas drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic
juice half a lemon
2 tablespoons tahini
salt and pepper to taste 
almond milk or any milk you use.

Put everything into your blender except salt and pepper and add 2 tablespoons of almond milk and blend, keep adding more milk to get the right consistency that you like, season with salt and pepper. blend till super smooth and its done.
Serve with vege chips, healthy crackers and raw vegetables, dollop on top of your Buddha bowls and meat dishes, pizza and wraps, it's a winner!

I achieved this look with a focus on heavy lifting and only two days of 30 min HIIT cardio. My calories were about 1800. You don't have to starve yourself or kill yourself with cardio to be fit.

I've realized that my main focus right now should be my health. By focusing more on this it will help me to accomplish the other things. My #motivationmonday ... not only am I going to run an official 5k this coming Sunday, but I spent the last 1.5 months training for it. I haven't gone to the gym every day. Heck, I didn't go this morning because the baby had a rough night and I was too tired for a 5am gym trip. But I went more days than not. And on the days I went, I worked hard and gave it my all. I was determined to push myself and finally finish a huge physical goal that I set for myself. And I feel good! I am still a bit apprehensive about the race, but I have now built up the confidence that I was missing when I first started my training. And I found a little extra confidence when I put on my race pullover and saw how it fit. It's a men's large (the womens was purple, I wanted blue) and it fits really well. And to think, I almost got a bigger size..."just in case". I haven't lost any weight during race training, but I am stronger. So much stronger. And I plan to continue to build my strength, even after race day.

Today's workout was amazing! I burned 738 calories in one hour shaking my booty.  And while  sweating it out I told myself, self we need to make some goals. 
So I've got a couple of short term goals for myself. Short-term goals are just as important as long-term goals right?! Goal one is to power through this week and work out at least six times to finish this challenge group strong.

Goal two set up for my next 30 day challenge group, Kickin Ass and Takin Names, starting prep week Oct 2nd. Who wants to join me?

Goal three to hit my 150 classes at Jazzercise by October 20th. I have 19 more until I hit 150. This means atleast 5 classes for 3 weeks.

Since it still feels like summer in NYC, I had to recreate my favorite salad from the Hamptons! ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ‘™โ˜€๏ธKeto Lobster Cobb Salad!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ฏ Fresh steamed lobster that is chilled, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, romaine lettuce and cheddar cheese chunks! ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅ“๐Ÿ…๐Ÿง€ I drizzle the salad with a good quality olive oil and some pink Himalayan salt!! Super simple to make and the flavors are out of this world!!

Since it still feels like summer in NYC, I had to recreate my favorite salad from the Hamptons! ๐ŸŒŠ๐Ÿ‘™โ˜€๏ธKeto Lobster Cobb Salad!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’ฏ Fresh steamed lobster that is chilled, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, romaine lettuce and cheddar cheese chunks! ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅ“๐Ÿ…๐Ÿง€ I drizzle the salad with a good quality olive oil and some pink Himalayan salt!! Super simple to make and the flavors are out of this world!!

Consistency is key, generally speaking and especially when it comes to LiFe. Im trying to be more consistent with juicing. I'm on it one month, then won't make time the next. So I'm setting a casual goal for myself to juice a mix of fruits and veggies weekly. 
Juicing is great for me personally because I notice I don't give myself time to drink/eat all the right things. While I'm super on it for my kids, I slack on myself more than I'd like to admit. Chia seeds are also a fabulous source of plant based omega 3 (which a great anti-inflammatory and helps boost your immunity). These little seeds are also known to help joint pain, aid with weight loss (as they make you feel more full) and also help with energy levels whilst exercising.

1 medium to large ripe banana, mashed with a fork
1/4 cup chia seeds
3/4 cup almond milk
handful of berries

In a bowl of glass, mash a banana really well with a fork until its smooth
Add chia seeds and mix in well with mashed banana
Slowly add almond milk and mix well together. Depending on size of banana add a little more almond milk or a tablespoon of chia seeds to thicken.
Leave to sit in fridge for 15 minutes (to allow seeds to expand in liquid) or over night with lid/cling film on.
Scatter berries on top and serve

I made a crustless pizza with seasoned ground turkey, mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni, and pizza red sauce. Not the most delicious meal I have thrown together, but it's helping me clean out the fridge, so I'll eat it!

๐ŸŒฟ 1/4 lb Organic Grass Fed 90% lean ground beef
๐ŸŒฟ sautรฉed zucchini, squash, red onion, garlic, red bell peppers, and mushrooms .. seasoned with oregano, Pink Himalayan salt, black pepper ๐ŸŒฟ a little oven baked sweet potato ๐ŸŒฟ topped with Fresh Basil 
I added some spicy mustard for a kick!
