Ok ..... it's took me a lot of guts to write this post. But I hope in writing it it will inspire or help someone else. Five years ago this is how I looked. I weighed nearly sixteen stone, felt desperately unhappy, depressed and felt like absolute crap about myself. I was stuck in a cycle of eating to feel better about myself, not having the confidence to change, yoyo dieting and a totally negative mindset ☹️ Then one day something clicked in me and I thought I don't want to live this way and feel like this anymore. I didn't have the confidence to go to the #gym so started by #walking everyday, then doing workouts at home. At first I felt like I was going to die bit slowly things started to get easier and I started to lose weight. The biggest #challenge for me was changing my eating habits and it took a long time to get consistent with them and my #diet Then I took it to the other extreme and was not eating for days on a row and getting really thin and making myself ill. Everyone's different and it's all about getting a #healthy balance which you feel comfortable with. Just know that if you commit to change it will happen 😊
I just wanted to share that it is possible for us to become the people we want to be if we are willing to make some changes. Sure I'm not perfect 100% of the time but I do my best to be as consistent as I can be. I hope now my followers see why I'm so passionate about #fitness , #training and #diet and that it inspires someone or gives them some #hope .
Just keep going and slowly amazing things will happen. If you are struggling reach out to people to give you support and help you transform your life into one that can be #healthier , #happier and help you have more #confidence and feel more positive.

Consumed a number of white chocolate drinks during my social media break. I took the time to reflect on the consumerist nature of social media. One of the questions I asked myself was in light of who I know myself to, and who I am trying to be, can I justify mindlessly scrolling through social media instead of contributing meaningfully? Which got me thinking of ways in which I can contribute through, use and enjoy social media in a balanced way. Expressions of my reflections still loading but suffice to say: I'm back.

#tip get it with almond milk not soy. The soy milk has a distinct flavour which can overwhelm the drink but almond milk let's that white choc shine. Try it without sugar before sweetning. . .

When I made that final decision to commit to a fitter, healthier me.... things began to change. I did not look at it as a diet because it was a lifestyle change that needed to take place for me to reach my goals. I did not look at others as my competition nor did I want what they had.
I acknowledged, admired and applauded.
You see, you have made a decision to loss weight, tone up, work out, fit in clothes easier, loving your naked body, start feeling better about yourself,etc. (whatever your reason)
It's not easy by all means. There will be moments when doubt and fear try to sneak back in (don't let them). You are one step closer then you were yesterday. Remember why you're doing it.
Remember who is always watching you and waiting to follow you're next move.

Feet shoulder width apart, lower into a squat keeping your knees behind your toes, pushing through your heals as much as you can, jump straight up with as much force as possible. As soon as you land, drop directly back into a squat position getting ready to jump again.
Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. Before attempting, a new exercise take into account factors such as flexibility, strength and overall health to determine whether a particular exercise is appropriate for you.

Remembering how I was feeling at the end of last year. I actually was starting to feel old - sluggish, lethargic and without my usual spring in my step. I saw some photos of myself that actually had me thinking " Is that really me"? As a 50+ woman my body was starting to change and I couldn't "get away with" not looking after myself properly anymore.
Fortunately, I stumbled across some incredible health and wellness products at the beginning of the year and everything started to change. These products that have totally turned my life around. I always thought I was well educated in health and wellness products, having worked in that area years ago. I didn't realise how wrong I was....as they say.... "You don't know what you don't know!" To say that I have had my eyes opened is an understatement! I had been using and promoting products that had been "sold" to me as having "all of the good and none of the bad". Now that I understand the ingredients in most "so called" health and wellness products I realise that I had no idea! I am sure that you would be shocked to learn that most of these products actually contain toxins that harm your health.
The ”Real Health” products I discovered have helped me to re-balance my body and have resulted in me dropping some kilos and feeling better than ever. This wasn’t about weight loss for me, it was about feeling good within myself again…. Having energy and vitality and a joy for life! I finally feel like myself again!
