1. During hectic OR days, I am stuck scrounging for graham crackers, saltines, and if I’m lucky, PB&J🙅🏻♀️
2. Protein bars (select) are a great alternative cuz obvi they have better macros ratio
3. Let’s be real, I LoVe snacking 😍

✨Wafer style, sandwiched in creamy layers, encased in chocolate/white, which just disintegrates in your mouth, NoT super sweet, Kit Kat-esque

💥Side Effects Of Not Getting Sleep!💥
In a world where stress levels are rising, exposure to natural sunlight outdoors is diminishing, and technology is leading to constant demands for everybody’s attention, it’s no surprise that so many people struggle to get enough sleep. What does it mean to be “sleep deprived”? What are some of the negative effects of sleep deprivation?
The broad definition of sleep deprivation is “the condition that occurs if you don’t get enough sleep.” The amount of sleep that qualifies as “enough” differs depending on who you ask. But it usually falls between about 7–9 hours per night for adults (and even more for children and teens). However, everyone is a bit different in terms of their ideal amount of sleep. Some need more like 6–10 hours of sleep per night to feel their best. Or, others simply need an extra couple hours of rest on occasion when feeling extra run down.
Obviously it’s not always easy to get sleep, but when I stated above that it can lead to early death, it’s not really far from the truth, as this built up over years can certainly become a problem. .

Dinner was naan, a large portion of homemade pumpkin curry, and some cauliflower sprinkled with salt and pepper💪🏼. I've honestly only managed having my mom's cooking a few times recently, and this was the only curry I had. My mom's cooking is oily, and while I did blot some off, I had more that I would usually allow myself :). I'm tired of disappointing my mom by not eating her cooking. It breaks my heart and I can't imagine what it does to her, since she works so hard to cook for us and it's all out of love💕. Now I'm conflicted with having a night snack. I felt a bit sick while eating this, but I think I can manage a high calorie night snack and make it to around 3,000 calories. At the same time I'm afraid this is too fast of an increase too suddenly, and I'll have to beginning eating it at 11 at night while I have school tomorrow. Feeling conflicted and my cry in the shower earlier isn't helping. Body image is 👎🏼 but the feeling of restriction is no better! Any advice would help!

It can get quite overwhelming to be an advocate for HEALTH in a society that makes it so stinking convenient to be anything but healthy. 😔
I encounter people daily and overhear them talking about being exhausted, not being able to go to the bathroom daily, not sleeping well, needing coffee, energy drinks or soda, being anxious or feeling hopeless, craving junk, and just feeling run down. Some are getting bad news on their lab work after their annual doctor visit and being put on even more medications which unfortunately just MASK the problem instead of getting to ROOT of the issue!
The problem is that our society overall doesn’t teach us to VALUE our health until we become too sick to ignore it any longer and when you reach the point of no return, it's SCARY, overwhelming and expensive!
Your body is talking to you. Are you listening? Exhaustion, constipation, mood instability cravings and feeling run down are SOME of the first warning signs to deeper rooted issues. Although society may pawn them off as “something we just need to deal with in our day and age,” I’m sitting here as living proof that THERE IS A BETTER WAY!

Today was a crappy day. I woke up feeling off. My kids whined and were sassy most of the day. I lost my cool... more than once. Tears were shed. And then the baked chicken taquitos I was working on all fell apart before going into the oven. Thank goodness for toothpicks, but honestly it looked like a tray of voodoo dolls. And that made me laugh hard and it felt really good. Sooo... this bowl of zoodles and bacon with a fried egg might be what I wish I had... or maybe not. Sometimes the bad days make me appreciate the good days even more.

Empiezo con una cena ligera y deliciosa, ideal para niños y adultos: salteado de pollo y zucchini con pure de papa y zanahoria 🥕🥕 SALTEADO DE POLLO🍗 #glutenfree
1 taza de Pechuga de pollo (cortada en trocitos)
1 zucchini (cortado en trocitos)
1 chorro de aceite de oliva
Oregano, albahaca sal y pimienta
Saltear el pollo a fuego alto en el aceite de oliva con sal y pimienta. Agregar el zucchini hasta que este dorado. Esito seria! 🥔PURE #glutenfree
1 papa grande
1 zanahoria grande o 2 pequeñas, ralladas
1/2 taza de leche (yo uso deslactosada light)
1 chorro de aceite de oliva
1 cucharilla de miel
Albahaca en polvo, sal, canela
Hervir la papa sin cascara. En sarten aparte saltear la zanahoria con albahaca en polvo, aceite de oliva, miel y canela. Agregar sal y rectificar la sazón. 10 months have passed since I made a commitment to myself and my family. I was tired of feeling like a shell of a mother, exhausted, and ashamed of my body. I was willing to do whatever it took to get my life back. I'm now the happiest I've ever been!! So many others struggle and it's my mission to help them. My team has grown to 126 amazing people, and it's just going to get even bigger. More lives to touch, YEAH!! There is nothing that fires me up more than helping others have a healthier life and helping them create residual income in the process! Christmas shopping is even easier this year for many!
I can take the criticism, the judgement of pursuing this passion, the calls and messages that go ignored (after all, I'm just following up with someone when they were the one who reached out to me in the first place). That's ok, because so many others need this physical and financial gift, and I'm here to serve as many as possible!

Holy bazinga - I love me some grilled fruit! Just tossing it on the hot grill for a couple of minutes brings out the juices. The heat softens and sweetens the fruit from the outside - yummy! 😋 .
