Don't make someone a priority who has make you an option.
This time, take a pass to the front of the line. Make yourself #1 for a change.
Whenever you say "yes" to someone else, you automatically say "no" to yourself.
Practice the skills of actively creating what you want, protecting what you value and acting decisively to change what is not working in your life.
Today, say "Yes" to your own needs, growth, knowledge and to your dream.
Make it non-negotiable to work on your own dream every single day.
This doesn't mean that you are selfish, or insensitive to the people around you, or the other responsibilities in your life.
Learning to say "No" to others and "Yes" to you, allows you to excel by setting appropriate boundaries on your time, energy and resources.
Give yourself a real gift, the freedom to be who you really are and do what you were meant to do in the world.
Be inspired and have a stress free week.

that she was fierce, and strong,
and full of fire, and that not even she could hold herself back, because her passion burned brighter than her fears"
Nutrients in Vegetables
Vegetables are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, fiber and potassium. Folate helps the body form red blood cells. It is especially important for women of childbearing age to consume folate-rich foods such as bell peppers, tomatoes and spinach to prevent neural-tube defects in babies. Vitamin A-rich foods such as sweet potatoes, carrots and butternut squash help keep your skin and eyes healthy and protect against infections. The USDA recommends eating 2 1/2 cups of vegetables per day.
Life lessons. To get stronger body, MOVE & LIFT EVERYDAY. Walking and carrying groceries daily is a good start. To get healthier, NUTRITION, NUTRITION, NUTRITION. I've seen fit looking people with messed up blood markers. To get leaner, DO ALL THE ABOVE 😃💪🏼💦 #autoimmunewarrior#fitover40#healthiswealth
Two years ago, there's no way in hell I would've been caught dead in a sports bra- let alone pose for a photograph without any makeup on.
In those two years, I pushed myself. Hard. Every damn day to be better than I was the day before. In my diet, in my fitness, in loving myself.
After shedding 30lbs and a ton of self-doubt, I found myself for the first time. I taught myself that I was good enough- that I could accomplish ANYTHING I put my mind to.
And now, I can honestly say, I whole-heartedly dedicate my life to helping those on the same journey- providing mentorship to achieve life-long health and well-being.
If you'd like to be involved in an exclusive health and fitness coaching group session, DM me before 9/26- spaces are filling up quickly in this small group, so act fast! ❤️

OK so how many of you work hard to get yourself ready for your bikini on holiday & then let it slip as soon as summer is over?
Let's face it, as the weather gets colder & the nights darker we reach for the comfort food & the jumpers to hide any lumps & bumps. It's much easier to cover up in winter.
B U T I'm saying N O to a fall sweater body & hello to an all round bikini body.
I've definitely let my eating slip a bit since summer but it's time to re-boot & re-balance my body & my eating.
From 1st October I'll be starting a 30-day healthy living programme designed to do just this?
Want to know more to say NO to fall sweater bodies, no to muffin tops & hello to a fully energised you?
It's true, we are what we eat😞 ( yesterday I had a chocolate croissants, so means I'm sweet n fluffy☺️) on the real though, a " dirty plate" won't get you the body you want😐
We looked at all the Marco nutrients previously, Carbs, Protien, Healthy fats, now we know what is " clean" so all we gotta do is incorporate that in our eating habits... remember it's eating the right nutrients, in the right portion at the right time😉
Also depending on your goal, a bodybuilders plate will differ from a runners plate and so on and so forth
It's a long weekend n ppl probably overindulged 🙄 be it holiday or celebration or whatever, teach yourself discipline bcoz if you don't you will always be caught working on a "summer body" eat well all year round , indulge moderately, train hard and be consistent😉 make it a lifestyle not a project.
It's getting warmer, water is best, cut out sugary drinks , yes😐! Alcohol 🤔 empty calories AND the after effects make you indulge, do so wisely you an adult 🙄. Enjoy your holiday😘
