A little throw back to some Small Sunny Stacks on a beautiful day in my garden. Roll on summer 🌞
These are dairy free, vegan, gluten free buckwheat pancakes. Totally yummy and super healthy.
Buckwheat flour is not, despite its name a form of wheat, buckwheat is actually related to rhubarb. The small seeds of the plant are ground to make flour. It has a strong nutty taste, perfect for my pancakes. It is naturally gluten-free. It can be safely eaten and enjoyed by anyone with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity.
1/2 cup buckwheat flour (store-bought or ground groats)
2 very ripe bananas, about 3/4 cup mashed
1 tablespoons coconut oil melted
1/4 Cup Almond milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla bean extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Start by mashing the bananas in a mixing bowl until it's a Paste consistency. Now add all the other ingredients and combine to make it doughy and creamy. If it look to think at this point use a dash more milk or some water.
Warm a non stick pan over medium heat and place dollops of mixture into pan and cook on each side for around 1-2 mins. A sign is bubbles appear all over mixture sending a signal they are ready for turning.
These are served with honey sliced avo and strawberries. Go for maple syrup or Agave if your looking for the vegan option.... Let the sunshine in with the feel good Stacks.

Benefits of a chemical free lifestyle❗ ☘️Testimony of my sister in law; ☘️Ever since I stopped working to be a housewife 🏠 I stay home almost everyday. While at home, I go barefoot and soon the soles of my feet started to crack like fish scales. This situation has been ongoing for years without any improvement. ☘️About one year back I came to know Young Living and started using thieves household cleaner to mop the floor and soon the area with the worst cracks started seeing improvement! I used to think 🤔 that it is because of certain shoes that I wore give me this cracked feet. But during this period of times, I still wear the same type of shoes yet my feet is getting better! ☘️I then realised how harmful commercial products can be. Even though we only use half a cap of it in a big pail of water. That small amount is already enough to harm our body! ☘️My sister Ally also has the same cracked feet. After using thieves cleaner to mop the floor, her condition also improved. Awhile back, her mother-in-law took up the chores & she used commercial cleaner. ☘ ☘️Ally told me that her feet started to crack again after commercial cleaner was used.
From this experiment, we can further concluded that indeed commercial cleaner is harmful to our body! ☘️If these products can harm an adult body like this, imagine what it could do to your children and pets running, crawling aground the house whole day long? ☘️What’s more! Imagine the amount of toxic chemicals you come into contacts with daily? A little from the soap, a little from shampoo, toothpaste etc. How much would you have accumulated day in day out? And what would all these accumulated toxic do to your body? Definitely not as simple as a cracked feet any more. ☘️The ‘before’ picture attached is actually already improved version of my foot. Previously it was much worse!
Adrenal Glands and Kidneys:
When the adrenal glands are backed up with lymphatic and cellular waste. They stop producing the proper amount of steroids needed to battle inflammation throughout the entire body. These steroids affect muscle, nerve, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular tissues. These neurotransmitters include epinephrine (adrenaline), norepinephrine and (dopamine), which affect the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Neurotransmitters are responsible for sending signals to tell the brain and nerve cells what to do throughout the entire body to control the CNS/ANS. This includes things that you don't really think about like your blood pressure, heart rate, pupil dilation, or your breathing. The adrenal glands are linked directly to your kidneys. This is why it is important to keep the kidneys filtering and healthy since the adrenal glands sit right on top of each kidney, one to filter each side of the body. When the adrenal gland cannot produce enough neurotransmitters we see things manifest like:

#Tips for Good sleep 😴 💤 Since last year I struggled with a lack of sleep! It affected my work productivity, motivation to exercise and overall energy levels. I underestimated it’s importance and got into bad habits. My sleep is a lot better now! A few simple things that have worked for me are: switching off all my devices an hour before bed, drinking a herbal tea before bed (normally peppermint and camomile) being organised with my to do list the night before and regular exercise.
