Lots of ways to spend our TIME...... The thought of 30 years of teaching with a salary that didn't really depend on how hard I worked, or how gifted I was, or how many 55hr weeks I did......began to disturb me. And, I knew that my teaching salary wouldn't make our non-profit dream of offering scholarships to help others live their dreams happen, nor would it help Sara and I help launch intentional & sustainable communities around the country, our dream of owning a Tesla would take much longer to make happen, and we wouldn't have the financial flexibility to provide body-mind-spirit wellness retreats to individuals from all socio-economic situations.......sooooo...... When our bodies don’t get the proper nutrients, we can’t feel our best or look our best. It’s time we focus more on the quality of the food we’re eating. The food we eat is like fuel. It gives our bodies the energy it needs to function well. Finished a four day water cleanse over the weekend and I have to say I'm feeling a lot happier than I look in this picture😂 I feel so revitalized and it was a very enlightening experience.
