It may just look like a boring shake to you but to me it's SO much more.
Moment of truth: When I first signed up I didn't order Shakeology
1. I thought it was too expensive
2. I just knew it was gross
3. All I could think to myself was how the hell is that going to help me
Funny thing though- I remember seeing commercials for it with hip hop abs when I was younger and used to think "damn that looks good"
I didn't want to drink a meal or have extra protein -- because I thought that's what already fit people did, drink protein shakes and I just wasn't about that life.
Well I was reintroduced to this amazing superfood shake and started learning about it and low and behold it's not your average protein powder.
Hell no. It's WAY more then that.
It's actually equivalent to like 6 salads 😱🙌🏻 and some nights I even enjoy it for dinner 😉
FF 2.5 years of including it into my daily life and I honestly can't see a day without it.
Everything I used to think was WRONG.
I spent more money on terrible fast food like MCD and Taco Bell then I do on my superfood ((at $4.33 a serving you can't really beat that)) Not to mention it makes me feel amazing rather then like shit.
It's #deliciousaf and it seriously tastes more like a treat then anything else and my overall energy and health is the highest and best it's ever been!
Don't be a skeptic. Give it a try. Hell if you don't like it or see/ notice a difference ((which I KNOW you will)) then send it back and get all your money back 👌🏻 No one wants to eat millions of veggies a day to start being healthy so why not drink them and not even know?!
I MAKE my clients slow down.
40 minutes of balance, hip opening exercises followed by meditation.
I would have a meditation clinic every week if could fit it in.
You absolutely must SLOW your life down in order for you to get the most out of your health.
"This life goes by pretty fast. Enjoy the shit out of it. We all want to feel good. Do more of the things that make you feel good. And do them more often." - Anthony DiClementi.

Is it weird that, when I lived up north where it’s appropriate to eat a cup of hot soup, 🥣 I hated soup but now that I live in Florida I want soup alllllllll the time? Case in point: This potato soup that’s being enjoyed on a 75-degree day. Don’t slurp! (#aleagueoftheirownreference )
Most Americans brush and floss their teeth...in fact it’s thought of as nasty if you don’t.
How many take care of their spine and nervous system on a regular basis?
Why such a big difference?
Your spine and nervous system are arguably more important and can’t be replaced when they go bad.
This girl loves her fruits and veggies 🍓🍎🥒🥕🍉🌽 She loves lilikoi, papaya, mango, tomatoes, cucumbers, and broccoli!
It’s so easy to feed kids junk food because you just want them to eat. Does she always eat well? No, but I know her superfood shake breakfast, her lunch, and her snacks are healthy and balanced. Dinner is usually what we’re eating, too.
Sometimes she eats fries, pizza, and too much sugar. Sometimes she eats too many afternoon snacks and won’t eat dinner. But I always make sure I offer fruits and veggies, chickpeas, tofu, and whole grains. I know I’m setting her up for a lifetime of healthy eating and a balanced relationship with food.
Do you struggle getting your kids to eat well? Do they only want chicken nuggets and hot dogs? Are veggies a no-go?
What we feed our kids now is so important to how well they do in school, and to how they’ll eat for the rest of their lives. If you want to be part of a group of like-minded parents who are all making the change towards a healthier family, reach out and let’s get started!
••Gabapentin/Neurontin•• Good morning, lovelies! I'm curious... who has used gabapentin (also called neurontin)?? I've been taking it at night for the last 4-5 weeks and have now added in a dose in the morning! I'm very curious how you felt on it, and if you feel it helped your pain! In another few days I'll most likely be adding in an afternoon dose as well. •
I've definitely noticed some wooziness and just a general weird feeling and I'm wondering if it will go away? I was on a different nerve pain med before this and didn't care for how I felt on it, and I only took it at night time! •
Any thoughts or experiences would be greatly appreciated!! Feel free to message or email me if you don't want to share publicly. THANK YOU 💛

Philly cheesesteak sandwich (gf & vegan recipe below 👇🏼) ...I think the end of the week calls for treating yourself, don't you? 😜
(Makes 2 large or 4 small servings)
2 green bell peppers
2 cups button mushrooms
1 med. white onion
1 tbsp liquid smoke
Olive oil, for sautéing
1 package @hodosoy braised tofu
1 package @fieldroast Chao cheese
2 @scharglutenfree Baguettes .
Slice onion and start to caramelize in olive oil in skillet over medium heat; add sliced peppers and cover, stirring occasionally. Soak mushrooms in salted water, agitating and draining + replacing water 1-2 times to clean and brine. Slice mushrooms and toss with liquid smoke; add to pan (push onions & peppers to one side but continue to cook). Cut tofu block in half to form two narrow rectangles; finely slice these to form thin squares. Push veggie mixture to one side and cook tofu - it will soak up flavor as well. When everything is well cooked, divide into 4 sections in pan and top with 1-2 slices of Chao per portion. On very low heat, cover skillet so that Chao steams and melts. Cut baguette in half and then lengthwise; add portion of toppings to each section. Enjoy!

Chick peas are a food you definitely want to keep on your "digestive support" list—especially if you are focusing on the colon. Between 65-75% of the fiber found in chick peas (aka garbanzo beans) is insoluble fiber, and this type of fiber remains undigested all the way down to the final segment of your large intestine (colon). Recent studies have shown that garbanzo bean fiber can be metabolized by bacteria in the colon to produce relatively large amounts of short chain fatty acids (SCFAs), including acetic, propionic, and butyric acid. These SCFAs provide fuel to the cells that line your intestinal wall. By supporting the energy needs of our intestinal cells, the SCFAs made from garbanzo fibers can help lower your risk of colon problems, including your risk of colon cancer.
