Throwback Thursday to the time I was in an infomercial 😄...say what??!! (It still freaks me out when I see myself on TV lol!)
Because I lost 60 pounds doing PIYO, last year I was picked to be in a Beachbody infomercial. I used to think the company photoshopped their "models"!! MmmmNO....I think I'm proof that they certainly don't use photoshop OR use models😜and that this is the real deal...it's no magic pill or condition or the latest "trend". It's my life, and one of the best things in it.
I've changed so much physically and mentally with Beachbody. It's the reason why I've been building a virtual fitness business doing it.....being healthy, living a balanced life - one of wine 🍷 and pizza 🍕 and kale and fruit 🍉 - and helping ladies like me that felt more worth-LESS than worth IT tap into their best selves one ounce of sweat at a time.

Hello everyone, I'm excited to say that I've embarked on a new journey, a mission if you will. I've teamed up with Juice Plus+ to help #bridgethegap between what we eat and what we should be eating and basically to inspire healthy living that's SIMPLE.
I've always viewed health from a #fitness standpoint but today, I'm dedicating my focus on #nutrition .
Being a mom, working full time and living a very active lifestyle, time seems to sneak away from us all. I used to go to the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours at a time, my thought was that I worked so hard that "I could eat anything," when it should have been I can eat any of the "right things." I'm proud to say that I've never dieted, I always make #intuitiveeatinghabits and with Juice Plus+ I don't have to do anything different. It's the most simplistic form of Whole Foods. The product is what it is...fruits and veggies, in a capsule or shake or gummy. The best part is that it's literally for EVERYONE!

Never have I ever loved my legs and felt super comfortable wearing shorts, probably because I never worked them out! I used to see girls with toned legs and be like dangggg I want that so bad 🤦🏻♀️🙄 well I had to be honest with myself, those girls probably actually worked for it instead of making excuses like I was 🤷🏻♀️ .
. This year was the first year I went shorts shopping and didn't have a panic attack in the dressing room 🙌🏼 I went shopping at the same place I did last year and actually got to pick out shorts I wanted and I am down TWO sizes from last year 🙈🤸🏽♀️ no lie I wore the same shorts over and over because they were high waisted and hid everything and weren't too tight on my legs. I'm so in love with the feeling of wearing the clothes I want to and feel confident doing it ✨ .
My body is changing because I am working to change it. I fuel my body + and I workout! But I workout from HOME. I've had an enormous canvas of a hanging bridge in my bedroom since before I met my husband. Kind of as a vision board if you will. One of my bucket list items was to find one in real life.
In March, I was lucky enough to walk across one in Honduras! Which is across one of the greatest white water rafting rivers in the world, the Riu Congrejal and to the most spectacular waterfall I've ever seen or maybe will ever see!
How? It's not because I had opportunity or a lot of money. I don't have either. It's because I set my mind to making it happen and I made it happen.

café foram dois ovos, queijo coalho e café com leite
lanche do colégio foi esse bolinho de micro de banana com pasta de mindu, e comi uns chips de mandioquinha (do bem) porque me senti mal durante a aula 😥
almoço foi bem parecido com essa foto (que é o jantar), só que comi uns três pedacinhos de batata 🥔 assada. carne, abobrinha, cenoura e salada 🥗 .
