I know this looks like just another green smoothie, but I feel like I have perfected the ingredients. My husband says it's the best smoothie he has ever had and my kids drink it right up! I've made it 3 times in the past week.
Here's the ridiculously easy recipe-
Half can of full fat coconut milk. 2-3 handfuls of ice. About half of a mango. 1 banana. And as much spinach as you can fit in the blender (for me is 4-5 big handfuls I smash down). And blend away. Seriously so good and makes 2 big servings! Enjoy!!

Day 3 went down this morning!! I didn't go toooo crazy today because I have a friend coming over later to do some lifting🙌🏼. I also made a matcha shake. Matcha is really healthy. It has a high ORAC, that means it stops a huge amount of free radicals. And it’s much more effective than coffee, because matcha keeps you awake for hours and don’t have the side effects, like nervousness. 👍

Being female is such great fun 😪😂 check out that water retention! I'm here to tell you that this is NORMAL and completely OKAY. I am 4.5 weeks from stage and having to deal with the normalities of being a girl 😋 this is how my body reacts. Boom, 2+kg overnight. I could freak out and go cry in a corner about how I feel or look, but there is no need ladies. Embrace the fact that you're healthy and move on, just like the extra water will move on. Don't stress about it, only makes it worse! - swipe for all the angles! **DISCLAIMER** I am 4.5 weeks from stepping on stage girls, yes, I am definitely still leaner than most!!
