It may just look like a boring shake to you but to me it's SO much more. 
Moment of truth: When I first signed up I didn't order Shakeology

1. I thought it was too expensive 
2. I just knew it was gross
3. All I could think to myself was how the hell is that going to help me

Funny thing though- I remember seeing commercials for it with hip hop abs when I was younger and used to think "damn that looks good" 
I didn't want to drink a meal or have extra protein -- because I thought that's what already fit people did, drink protein shakes and I just wasn't about that life. 
Well I was reintroduced to this amazing superfood shake and started learning about it and low and behold it's not your average protein powder. 
Hell no. It's WAY more then that.

It's actually equivalent to like 6 salads 😱🙌🏻 and some nights I even enjoy it for dinner 😉

FF 2.5 years of including it into my daily life and I honestly can't see a day without it. 
Everything I used to think was WRONG.

I spent more money on terrible fast food like MCD and Taco Bell then I do on my superfood ((at $4.33 a serving you can't really beat that)) Not to mention it makes me feel amazing rather then like shit.

It's #deliciousaf and it seriously tastes more like a treat then anything else and my overall energy and health is the highest and best it's ever been! 
Don't be a skeptic. Give it a try. Hell if you don't like it or see/ notice a difference ((which I KNOW you will)) then send it back and get all your money back 👌🏻 No one wants to eat millions of veggies a day to start being healthy so why not drink them and not even know?!

Make a homemade almond flour base. 
This takes hardly any time.
Add flour to an egg with herbs and oil, bake for a short time in the oven while frying up some choice veggies.

Now you are ready to either choose between and tomato oil based veggie version or top that with some cheese/fromage/queso. Diced pre cooked chicken? OKAY!

When you can say you had pizza and your veggies too....guess you made this Friday pretty AWESOME didnt you?

Wochenende 😍🙆‍♀️ Na, wer freut sich mit mir? Da der Rest des Jahres komplett durchgeplant ist, freue ich mich wirklich auf ein ruhiges Wochenende! Aufstehen, wie man will,in Ruhe trainieren, gemütlich essen und keinen Zeitdruck haben? Ein Traum! Und das interessante: so etwas wäre früher bei mir nie gegangen! Nicht,weil es zeitlich nicht geklappt hätte,sondern weil ich nicht einfach "chillen" konnte. Ich musste IMMER einen genauen Zeitplan haben, jede freie Minute genau durchplanen und wehe etwas kam diesem Plan dazwischen! 
Umso froher bin ich, dass ich mir jetzt auch Ruhe zugestehen und diese sogar genießen kann. Denn Ruhe ist wichtig! Many people ask me for advice about things they can do to make a difference in their health, and I decided to share the info with everyone so all can benefit! Fridays will now be dedicated to "first steps" you can take each week, keeping change doable while making a difference over time. Think about it: One small step each week = 52 steps each year. That's a lot of forward momentum! So tune in each Friday for a small step you can take that week which can potentially culminate into BIG life and health affirming changes.

Up first, condiments! We all have them in our fridge. So this week, purchase ONE organic condiment and trade it out for a non-organic one in your fridge or cupboard. And if you chose to implement this once a month, by the end of a year the majority of your household condiments would be organic while keeping the change  affordable--it's that easy!

I recommend organic so nutrients from food are the cleanest possible, ensuring cellular energy can go towards essential things like maintaining homeostasis rather than trying to deal with the taxing burden of man-made chemicals. ♡

It’s so easy to feed kids junk food because you just want them to eat. Does she always eat well? No, but I know her superfood shake breakfast, her lunch, and her snacks are healthy and balanced. Dinner is usually what we’re eating, too.

Sometimes she eats fries, pizza, and too much sugar. Sometimes she eats too many afternoon snacks and won’t eat dinner. But I always make sure I offer fruits and veggies, chickpeas, tofu, and whole grains. I know I’m setting her up for a lifetime of healthy eating and a balanced relationship with food.

Chocolate peanut butter smoothie. I think almost everyone loves eating dessert or just something sweet sometimes. But when we are trying to better our lifestyle and eat healthy it’s hard to satisfy our sweet tooth the right way. But don’t worry i have the perfect healthy dessert or snack for you. You’re going to love it especially if you’re a peanut butter, chocolate lover 😍 just like me 😁😁
This has literally been my favorite thing to drink when i feel like having something sweet 😊 it’s delicious and great for fueling then gains 💪🏼😁
Recipe:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 1/2 cups of Almond milk
- 1/3 cup of blueberries
- 1 tbsp of raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp of macca powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter (make sure the only ingredient in your peanut butter is peanuts)
- Chia seeds
- Optional: your favorite protein powder

Recipe:
(Makes 2 large or 4 small servings)
2 green bell peppers 
2 cups button mushrooms
1 med. white onion
1 tbsp liquid smoke
Olive oil, for sautéing 
1 package @hodosoy braised tofu
1 package @fieldroast Chao cheese 
2 @scharglutenfree Baguettes .

To make:
Slice onion and start to caramelize in olive oil in skillet over medium heat; add sliced peppers and cover, stirring occasionally. Soak mushrooms in salted water, agitating and draining + replacing water 1-2 times to clean and brine. Slice mushrooms and toss with liquid smoke; add to pan (push onions & peppers to one side but continue to cook). Cut tofu block in half to form two narrow rectangles; finely slice these to form thin squares. Push veggie mixture to one side and cook tofu - it will soak up flavor as well. When everything is well cooked, divide into 4 sections in pan and top with 1-2 slices of Chao per portion. On very low heat, cover skillet so that Chao steams and melts. Cut baguette in half and then lengthwise; add portion of toppings to each section. Enjoy!
