Lunch at 3pm.. @missperezkitchen Tacos could only be ordered in lots of 3. Naturally I ate them all with ease. Chipotle mushroom was hands down my favourite! A great way to escape the heat and be amongst the beautiful @stirlingadelaidehills
I haven't been to an event just for me since I was pregnant. I had a lovely time at the #sleepmamaevent today and I have come home with a new perspective as well as feeling refreshed for taking time out for myself. The guest speakers and @thesleepmama were so inspiring, the location was beautiful, the food delicious and being in the company of so many beautiful women was so uplifting.💖
As I shared on the eve of 2018, my word for this year is T R U S T. I find it funny that I always manage to choose a word that highlights the area I need to grow in (without even realising it). With so many big changes already in process - an interstate move - new job - new car - new house - new city - new friends - big dreams... there have been a LOT of conflicting emotions. Fear. Excitement. Inadequacy. Self-belief. Positivity. Negativity. Exhaustion. Bounding energy. I’ve had the biggest mean girl moments and equally the strongest moments of peace and surrender. So as I sit here, 20 days into 2018, I’m reminded to t r u s t. Trust the process, trust my abilities, trust my gut, trust the universe, trust my dreams, trust my action. Embrace the uncertainty and remember ANYTHING is possible. Live big, live boldly. Chase your dreams ✨
Patient testimonial from @will_jim94: I’ve received only one other massage up to this point, and to say the least, I did not enjoy it. I was offered an opportunity to receive a massage and I accepted it. I can say with full confidence that this massage and cupping treatment was absolutely fantastic. I was completely relaxed and at no point was I ever uncomfortable. Any back pain that I had is gone and I’d highly recommend her to anyone else searching for a good treatment! 10/10. Five stars. Encore. 👌👌👌
I hate diets!

Good lord, didn’t I do this same thing last Friday night?! 🤔
Motherhood: where you learn to find the sacred in the mundane or you go insane!
Cuz I gotta say @dandyblend with homemade cashew creamer alongside a new flavor of @bulletproof bar is definitely not boring. It’s yummy. 🙏
Found this recipe the other day and decided to make it for dinner tonight. The sauce in the recipe was DELICIOUS!!! My husband and I were both close to licking the bowl.
I have never been a big fan of sweet dishes as a meal, but I also used to not eat vegetables. Oh how my tastebuds have changed over the course of a year and a half!
⭐TERIYAKI CHICKEN STIR-FRY⭐
For an easy to prepare meal loaded with fresh veggies try this healthy teriyaki chicken stir fry. Tender chicken breast, raw honey, and fresh ginger ⭐INGREDIENTS⭐
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. extra-virgin organic coconut oil
- 1 lb. raw chicken breast, boneless, skinless cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 dash sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce (I used Liquid Aminos in place of this)
- ¼ cup water
- 3 Tbsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger ( I was out of fresh ginger, so I used ground ginger)
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 cup carrots thinly sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- ¼ cup sesame seeds ⭐INSTRUCTIONS⭐
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook for 5 to 8 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute. Remove from skillet. Keep warm. Set aside.
- Add soy sauce, water, honey, and ginger to skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; gently boil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
- Add onion, bell peppers, and broccoli; cook covered, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add chicken mixture; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 to 2 minutes, or until chicken is coated with sauce and heated through.
- Evenly divide rice between four serving bowls. Evenly top with chicken mixture. Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds.

💜 That post-run feeling though 😂 I think this shot of mine can become an iconic pose for us runners in the future, who knows right? In reality, I just finished 54 minutes HIIT treadmill run and I broke my best PB pace 😳🎉 It was a bad week at work but at least I have a feeling that this weekend has already started off G R E A T, so it will be an awesome one (fingers crossed) 🤗 Now back to this photo; which was taken at the Hudson River Path on 54th and 12th avenue in NYC. Seriously, I’ll be forever cherish of this route because it was the first path that I put my feet on the ground and started running. It has shaped me to shoot for the stars and never give up until today 🌠
Seriously, it does!! ✨💖✨The older I get the more I realize that no amount of makeup can take the place of beauty that shines from within. 💫I’ve met so many wonderful women here, I think you are all gorgeous! Keep shining my beautiful friends!! ✨💖✨

We do not stop exercising because we grow old. We grow old because we stop exercising!
Over time our bodies change, but with exercise and good nutrition, you can enjoy the most from the years to come!
Starting around the age of 30, you begin to loose muscle mass if you are not active.
Physical fitness can be a powerful protector against frailty, heart conditions & other health problems.
Don’t give up on yourself! Your body needs exercise more now than ever!
Eating well doesn’t need to be painful or boring. I believe every dish can be altered to provide health benefits.
This was my lunch today, clean Caesar salad. • REAL, local bacon from my favourite butcher • Spiced chicken (paprika, cinnamon, chilli, cayenne pepper, oregano, pepper, garlic flakes) • Yoghurt dressing (with dill, garlic & lemon juice)
And cultured vegetables • fresh, local salad from the farmers market
How can you make healthy lifestyle changes? It doesn’t have to be a diet blitz, just simple, sustainable changes.
After taking my first bite of this BBQ Burger all I could say was “Damn I’m good!” 😂 Homemade onion rings, @drpraegers California Veggie Burger, @followyourheart Provolone, all topped off with delicious BBQ sauce! 🤤Happy Friday!!
