Mais bon, toutes les bonnes choses ont une fin, et, qui dit retour, dit aussi reprise des trainings, trainings qui s'annoncent vraiment productifs cette années avec des objectifs déjà planifiés, une diète encore plus carrée et une place pour la récupération encore plus grande pour éviter tous crash nerveux durant l'année scolaire.
J'ai vraiment hâte de commencer 💪 !!! 🔵⚪🔴
Cette année j'ai surtout pris en force, pas beaucoup de volume donc l'année scolaire qui va suivre devrai être plutôt  lucrative niveau masse musculaire, du moins, je l'espère 😊.

Oatmeal is my favorite post workout breakfast because it provides me with all the carbs i need to fill me up! 
Half a cup (78 grams) of dry oats contains :
* Manganese: 191% of the RDI.
* Phosphorus: 41% of the RDI.
* Magnesium: 34% of the RDI.
* Copper: 24% of the RDI.
* Iron: 20% of the RDI.
* Zinc: 20% of the RDI.
* Folate: 11% of the RDI.
* Vitamin B1 (thiamin): 39% of the RDI.
* Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid): 10% of the RDI.
This a new recipe I tried out using frozen mixed berries which is why the oatmeal is purple💜
🥄Recipe🥄
1/2 cup of steel cut oats
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup of frozen raspberries 
1 tbsp of flaxseed
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp hazelnut powder
For toppings I used 1/2 a banana 🍌, some raw pecan nuts and shredded coconut and added a bit of peanut butter for some extra flavour! *

Hoje o pequeno almoço foi uma coisa bem leve, pois já são quase horas de almoço e se comesse o que como habitualmente, estragava logo o almoço. Então preferi comer estas uvas bem fresquinhas e digo que me souberam super bem 😍 não é regular não tomar o pequeno almoço, por isso não é por hoje que me vai fazer mal.

Même recette que d'habitude + ajout de myrtille à la place du chocolat. C'est vraiment une bonne alternative quand on veut manger des pancakes mais qu'on veut éviter les féculents.

Guten Mittag Peoplezzzzz 👋🏻♥️
Der Tag rast wieder wahnsinnig schnell und ich habe heute morgen keine Zeit gehabt einbüßt Worte zu schreiben und bevor ich gestresst irgendwas schreibe nehme ich mir lieber RICHTIG Zeit für Euch. Momentan nehme ich mir bewusst auch die Zeit um auf dem Weg zur Arbeit Euch nicht belanglosen Dingen zuzulabern, sondern höre immer eine Folge Podcast von @lauramalinaseiler und ich muss sagen, dass alles was sie wiedergibt ich genauso hätte sprechen können (unterschreibe ihr jeden Satz ✍🏼)... und ich bin so so beruhigt, als sie über Hochsensibilität sprach, dass ich völlig beruhigt über manche meiner Habits sein kann. Immerhin ist jeder 5. hochsensibel. Und ich frage mich auch, wenn so viele Menschen sich diese tollen Motivationen geben, warum leben so wenige danach? Was hält dich denn ab das zu tun, was dich glücklicher durchs Leben gehen lässt? Vielleicht braucht es auch mehrere kleine Bausteine bis jeder zu seinem Ziel kommt und den Absprung zum Motivationskonsumenten dann auch schafft. Denn sich inspirieren lassen und etwas wirklich dann umzusetzen sind zwei ganz unterschiedliche Dinge. Sich einfach in ein anderes Kostüm zu stecken ist kein Dauerzustand: zu sich zu finden und wirklich anzunehmen was ist, um in den nächsten Gang zu schalten... ist das größte Geschenk an sich selbst. Und kaum befasse ich mich wieder intensiv mit diesem Themen habe ich plötzlich sehr intensive Gespräche und PT's. Wie grade z.b. Ein Mann der mir sehr persönliche Erfahrungen seiner Vergangenheit mitteilte und mir eine wichtige Erkenntnis mit auf den Weg gegeben hat: "ich bin das ganz Leben völlig blind durchs Leben gerannt, getrieben von falschen Glaubenssätzen und meinen Ängsten, habe meinen Körper nicht wahrgenommen bis er nicht mehr konnte. Das alles hätte ich mir gerne erspart und viel eher das gelebt, was mein Traum gewesen wäre!" Ich fragte ihn was er denn beruflich gemacht hat und bevor er antwortete sagte ich ihm auf was ich getippt hätte... "Geschichtslehrer" wäre meine Vermutung... gewesen und es rührte ihn so, weil das nämlich exakt das war, was er hätte werden wollen. Und alle haben ihm davon abgeraten... er wurde etwas völlig anderes 👇🏻

Banana Oat Pancakes
(From Autumn Calabrese's Fixate cookbook)
I halve the recipe because I think it comes out a bit thicker. 
1 cup milk (cows, almond, cashew)
1 cup gluten free or regular quick oats
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder 
Half a ripe banana
Cinnamon (I just eyeball this, but usually add 1/2 tsp)

Blend ingredients together in blender. If it's too runny just add a bit more of the oats.

Coat griddle with coconut oil and cook over medium heat. (Tip: oil pan in between cooking pancakes so they don't stick)

My kids love them!

Hoje acordei com a chegada a casa de uma encomenda da @iswariofficial (assim vale muito a pena acordar com a campainha 😜) e claro que tive logo de usar! Estava com um desejo enorme de chocolate 🍫 e portanto fiz um smoothie usando Aveia Germinada Cacau&Goji (juntei 2c.s. à 🍌 congelada e uma chávena de leite de amêndoas, e ainda 1c.s. de cacau em pó para dar aquele toque extra!). Depois para os toppings isso flocos de côco, Pepitas de Cacau Cru, o snack Exótico e Mix d'Amour. Para finalizar um quadradinho de chocolate Mint Kiss 🍫😘 tudo coisas boas da @iswariofficial , exceto o leite da @provamel e o côco do @celeiro_viverdecorpoealma •

Today I woke up with the door bell, with a package from @iswariofficial (makes the waking up with thee doorbell completely worth it 😜) and of course I had to make a smoothie with some of it! Because I was craving chocolate I made a smoothie using Super Oats Cocoa&Goji (added 2 tbsp to a frozen 🍌 and some almond milk, and added 1tbsp raw cocoa for an extra punch). Then for the toppings I used coconut flakes, Mix d'Amour, Exotica and Cocoa Nibs. And to top it of, a bit of the Mint Kiss organic chocolate 🍫😘 All from @iswariofficial except for the milk from @provamel and the coconut flakes from @celeiro_viverdecorpoealma
