This jar has been filled with layers of peanutbutter butter and chocolate nicecream and wild figs - those figs have been the best I had so far: soo juicy and sweet ✨ Have you ever tried wild figs or just the cultured ones you get in the supermarket normally? Topped my nicecream with pomgranate, coco yoghurt, buckwheat and coconut 😇
I hosted some friends for brunch today, baked fresh rolls and banana bread and enjoyed a lovely morning /noon. Later I had to learn for Uni, what actually took some hours, cause I dont want to have any gaps at the beginning of my studies and at the moment I am still motivated, so I should use this motivation 💪

¡Nunca es tarde para un helado, y si es saludable pues mucho mejor! ¿Recuerdan la leche de coco que preparé antes de irme?  Pues con esa leche preparé estas delicias de paletas que aún estaban en el congelador (creo que alguien no las vio en mi ausencia porque estaban todas intactas 😂). _______________________________________________
🔺Ingredientes 🍧🍓
• Leche de coco
• Fresas
• Semillas de chía
• Miel/panela orgánica/endulzante 🔺Preparación 🥄🍽
• En un recipiente vierte leche de coco, endúlzala con el endulzante que prefieras y mezcla
• Agrega semillas de chía y déjalas hidratar por al menos 10 minutos
• Vierte la mezcla en un molde para paletas o en vasos plásticos, agrega las fresas cortadas en lonjas y pon el palito
• Congela durante al menos 3 horas
🍭 Son perfectas para estos días de verano, refrescantes, deliciosas y sobre todo muy saludables, es una forma diferente de consumir semillas de chía

Overflowing chocolate and strawberry jar😎.
Strawberry layer:
-2 large handfuls of strawberries
-1 tsp of flax seeds
-liquid used: Soya milk 
Choco layer:
-2 tsp of coco powder
-1/2 frozen banana
-Liquid used: soya milk

I hardly use soya milk, I'm not soya's biggest fan but it was the only thing availible at the time😜it gives a very delicious taste as well. 
How are you all? A very slow check in again, my projects are getting ahead of me. It's all in the habits, I will have to re build☺. I hope to catch up with you all very soon, much love❤.

Today's farmers market haul. Beets for roasting (and maybe juicing?), kale for soup, salad (and maybe juicing :)?) shiitakes for sauté, sweet potato for roasting (my fave), potatoes for the kale soup, pea shoots and baby arugula for salad, watermelon for yummmmyness and possibly juice! Today was a small haul but a unique one 😊👩🏻‍🌾

پاستا با مرغ و گوجه
فهرست مواد لازم:
1.  400 گرم اسپاگتی نپخته
2.  دو قاشق غذا خوری روغن زیتون با کیفیت
3.  یک عدد پیاز کوچک که خوب خرد شده باشد
4.  شش عدد گوجه فرنگی رسیده، دانه گرفته شده، به حالت مکعبی برش خورده
5.  400 گرم مرغ پخته بدون استخوان و بدون پوست، تکه تکه شده
6.  یک دوم قاشق چای خوری نمک
7.  پودر فلفل سیاه
8.  دو  قاشق غذا خوری ریحان تازه و خرد شده
9.  150 گرم پنیر بز
روش پخت🍽👇👇👇👇
یک قابلمه بزرگ از آب نمک را به جوش بیاورید، اسپاگتی را اضافه کنید و بر اساس دستوری که روی بسته اش آمده بپزید، پیوسته بهم بزنیدش تا زمانی که کاملا بپزند. یک و یک دوم فنجان از مایع پخت پاستا را نگه دارید. اسپاگتی را در آبکش بریزید تا آبش گرفته شود و سپس کنار بگذاریدش.
در همان قابلمه روغن را روی حرارت متوسط گرم کنید. پیاز را اضافه کنید و به مدت پنج دقیقه بپزید و دائم بهم بزنید تا نرم شوند. پاستا را به همراه گوجه فرنگی، مرغ و مایع پاستا در قابلمه بر گردانید. محتویات قابلمه را خوب بهم بزنید تا ترکیب شوند سپس به آنها نمک و فلفل اضافه کنید تا غذا طعم بگیرد.
پاستا را به بشقاب منتقل کنید. روی آن ریحان بریزید و سپس پنیر بز را اضافه کنید ( پنیر پیتزا نیز می توانید به کار ببرید ). بلافاصله سرو کنید.
موادی که در این دستور پخت به کار رفت برای 4 وعده است.

A 3 féle különleges retek #microgreen mllett brokkoli, mustár, lilakaposzta,  napraforgó, es ezek legvaltozatosabb keverékeivel várlak titeket!😊 A spéci chili es chill hangulatra való tekintettel pedig egy meglepivel is készülök! Os dejo por aquí la receta de estos riquísimos 🥐CROISSANTS DULCE DE LECHE CON COBERTURA DE CHOCOLATE NEGRO🥐 perfectos para desayunar😁😁.

👉🏻INGREDIENTES:
1. 50 gramos de harina de avena sabor dulce de leche SUBLIME FITNESS FOOD @kocsublimefitnessfood.es.
2. 5 claras.
3. Media cucharadita de levadura.
4. 1 onza de chocolate negro 85%.

👉🏻ELABORACIÓN:
1. Ponemos el horno a precalentar a 200 grados centígrados.
2. Batimos bien las claras hasta hacer espuma.
2. Añadimos poco a poco la harina y seguimos batiendo.
3. Por último añadimos la levadura y volvemos a mezclar todo bien.
4. En un molde de silicona con forma de croissant (lo compré en la tienda @ohgar_es) repartimos la mezcla y lo metemos en el horno unos 20 minutos a 180 grados.
5. Cuando estén hechos, los sacamos, dejamos enfriar y desmoldamos.
6. En un cuenco pequeño hacemos trocitos la onza de chocolate negro, añadimos un pelín de agua y lo metemos en el microondas unos 20 segundos hasta que se deshaga.
7. Lo sacamos, mezclamos bien y vamos pasando los croissants hasta cubrirlos de chocolate.
8. Los dejamos sobre un papel albal o vegetal hasta que el chocolate se endurezca, ¡Y LISTO!😎.

Media cucharadita de levadura. 4. 1 onza de chocolate negro 85%. . 👉🏻ELABORACIÓN: 1. Ponemos el horno a precalentar a 200 grados centígrados. 2. Batimos bien las claras hasta hacer espuma. 2. Añadimos poco a poco la harina y seguimos batiendo. 3. Por último añadimos la levadura y volvemos a mezclar todo bien. 4. En un molde de silicona con forma de croissant (lo compré en la tienda @ohgar_es) repartimos la mezcla y lo metemos en el horno unos 20 minutos a 180 grados. 5. Cuando estén hechos, los sacamos, dejamos enfriar y desmoldamos. 6. En un cuenco pequeño hacemos trocitos la onza de chocolate negro, añadimos un pelín de agua y lo metemos en el microondas unos 20 segundos hasta que se deshaga. 7. Lo sacamos, mezclamos bien y vamos pasando los croissants hasta cubrirlos de chocolate. 8. Los dejamos sobre un papel albal o vegetal hasta que el chocolate se endurezca, ¡Y LISTO!😎. . I don't know about you guys but I could fully live strictly off of potatoes for the rest of my life🤷🏼‍♀️ today's snack: roasted potatoes with a vegan cashew ranch dressing😌 Cashew ranch recipe below!🌟
+ 1 cup raw cashews + water to soak
+ 1/4 cup olive oil + 1/3 cup lemon juice
+ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
+ 2 tablespoons fresh garlic chives
+ 1 teaspoon dried dill
+ 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (minced)
+ 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
+ salt and pepper to taste

Method:
+ soak cashews with enough hot water to cover them completely for 10 min
+ drain cashews and pour into food processor or blender along with oil, lemon juice, almond milk, chives, dill, parsley, onion powder. Blend until smooth. (Add more almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time if it's too thick) then season with salt and pepper. Enjoy with your favorite foods🤗

🥑 Avocado Pancakes 🥞💚with red berries and bananas ⭐️🌱😍 Pancake mix (mixed in a blender): 1 avo; 1 cup oats; 1 small banana; 1 cup almond mylk 1/4 cup maple syrup 💜 Fry on non-stick; serve w/ berries, nanas and maple syrup 🌸 This week I’ve been slowly weaning myself off of keto and transitioning to a more whole foods diet 🙌🏻 I was overeating low carb chocolate and protein bars (50% of my calories!! 😱😨) on keto - I wasn’t doing it right; Plus I really missed FRUITSSS 🍏🍉🍌 BUT I would honestly recommend it 💯  IF you’re willing to do it RIGHT (unlike moi 😬). My body image is so low at the moment, no matter how much I try to talk positively to myself it just doesn't work but I guess this is just part of the journey. Striving for the day when I can look in the mirror and feel proud of myself. If you're in the same boat, just don't give up. In a year from now, we will be glad we started 💕

I just saw this quote from Chance the Rapper: “canceling plans to read is okay. skipping a party for the gym is ok. staying home to cook is ok. let’s encourage it and respect self improvement.”

Am I reading too much into this? Don’t get me wrong, I’m introverted AF, and fully agree that you need to honor the needs of your body and say “no” to plans when you feel like you need to. But since when is socializing not contributing to self improvement?

Our society instills the belief that if you’re not working to improve your outward appearance, you’re not taking care of yourself. That saying no to the alcoholic beverage, controlling the food you eat by choosing to dine at home, and working out instead of socializing is the road to health and self appreciation.

The ironic thing is, most people struggling with their health aren’t having issues with controlling their diet or moving their body. Nope. I’ve seen time and again the most profound change a person can make to heal and see transformative changes is to feel connected to others - to find and foster supportive and loving relationships.

The most unhappy time in my life was when I was isolating myself - staying at home to control every bite of food I took, and running to the gym to burn every calorie off. I stayed about 10-15 pounds heavier, despite chronic restriction. For years I continued this cycle until I finally found the relationships I needed to feel confident in who I was. I started dining out without restriction, reconnecting with dear friends, and walking instead of running. And most importantly, I became a better, less selfish, most empathetic version of myself.

Stop perpetuating the belief that we must look a certain way to find self satisfaction. Stop looking at yourself and others with a critical eye. You can be the best version of yourself exactly as you are today. All it takes is a mindset shift from seeking perfection, to seeking true beauty and pure happiness.

And with that, I give you this photo. Not the prettiest, but smoked oysters, lime juice, avocado, and plantain chips is one hell of a tasty and mentally healing prenatal snack. CHOMP.
