Una super colazione con mugcake e lamponi freschi.
Ecco la ricetta:
- 10gr farina di cocco @theproteinworksitalia -35gr farina d'avena
-30gr yogurt greco
-una manciata di lamponi
-bicarbonato e limone
Amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti in una tazza grande fino ad eliminare tutti i grumi. Cuocere per 3 minuti alla massima potenza, rovesciare su un piattino e cuocere ancora 30 secondi. Enjoy!

Today's Comparison photo ... These photos have been taken 6 months apart, I wanted to see if I'd progressed any with my goals.
So the photo on the left is me at goal weight , and a little "fluffy" VS the photo on the right 2kg under goal and a little more "toned", the difference other than 2kg and dropping a bit of body fat .....
Left photo 2 hours of cardio 5-6 days a week.
Right photo 30-40 min weight sessions 4 days a week.

While I was having a personal training, My personal trainer recommended to eat dinner with boiled eggs, tomatoes and sweet potatoes. He told me that I need to have my meals consisted of some protein, carbohydrate and fiber. So I tried to make my dinner mixed with those things. Sometimes I cooked fried eggs instead of boiling eggs. But it was a big mistake. We must not to eat fat with carbohydrate because fat makes carbohydrate turned to be fat.
