Фаршированные кабачки с куриным филе и луком🥙

Ингредиенты на одну порцию:
- Кабачок 1 шт.
- Филе курицы 1 шт.
- Репчатый лук 1 шт.
- Зеленый лук 1 стебель
- Укроп
- Соевый соус 2 ст.л.
- Оливковое масло 1 ч.л.
- Специи по вкусу (у меня базилик и смесь из сухих трав)

Приготовление:
Для начала режем филе курицы и репчатый лук на маленькие части, обжариваем на а/п сковороде до золотистой корочки, с добавлением воды и соевого соуса. Тем временем, режем кабачок пополам, из каждой из них аккуратненько вынимаем мякоть, только не всю, оставляем примерно по 1 см от стенок кабачка. Мякоть не выбрасываем, добавляем к курочке с луком, и тушим вместе с ними на медленном огне под крышкой. Отправляем наши кабачки на противень, кисточкой сверху обмазываем их оливковым маслом, и по середине кладем уже готовую начинку из курицы, лука и мякоти кабачка. Поливаем сверху чуть соевым соусом, посыпаем сверху свежей зеленью, любимыми специями, и отправляем в духовочку на 30 минут при 180С.

Miso rice bowl (for one) 🍜 The best thing is that you can add anything to this recipe and make it great! 😊

1 whole egg
2 cups of fresh spinach
1/2 cup green beans
1 teaspoons sesame oil (or olive oil)
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced ginger
¼ cup rice, brown, white or wild (whichever you normally cook unless your feeling adventurous 😎)
1 tablespoon yellow miso paste
1 small sweet potato, cubed and oven baked
2 radishes sliced

Cube and oven bake the sweet potato until soft. Add miso paste to your rice and water and cook as you normally would. Poach or fry your egg (mine is poached). Miso rice bowl (for one) 🍜 The best thing is that you can add anything to this recipe and make it great! 😊 1 whole egg 2 cups of fresh spinach 1/2 cup green beans 1 teaspoons sesame oil (or olive oil) 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp minced ginger ¼ cup rice, brown, white or wild (whichever you normally cook unless your feeling adventurous 😎) 1 tablespoon yellow miso paste 1 small sweet potato, cubed and oven baked 2 radishes sliced Cube and oven bake the sweet potato until soft. Add miso paste to your rice and water and cook as you normally would. Poach or fry your egg (mine is poached). Cook paprika, red onion, garlic and tofu together on a skillet on high heat, add paparikaspices, garlicpowder, salt, pepper and some cumin. 🎉🎉🎈Tonight we celebrated our son being such an awesome student at the @cheesecakefactory . He did so well on his college admissions test so that he will be able to take three college courses in the ninth grade. We are so proud and excited for him! And, he is very excited and proud of himself. He is an awesome young man.

I slept all day, therefore I didn't eat and when I found out that we were going to the cheesecake factory tonight I decided to save all my calories for the restaurant. I still have over 300 cal left out of my 1837 cal budget, but I am stuffed. We had a great time.
