@Regrann from @syattfitness - 💥HOW TO BURN FAT💥
🏏The thing about fat loss is this --> most people want to know what's "good" and what's "bad." What's "healthy" and "unhealthy." "Right" and "wrong."
🍕Maybe we're talking about carbs. Good or bad? Healthy or unhealthy? Should we eat 'em or toss 'em out?
🍉Or maybe we're talking about sugar. Good or bad? Toxic or safe? Does fruit make you fat?
🍳Or maybe we're taking about eggs. Good or bad? Safe or dangerous? Healthy or unhealthy? The 'What the Health' documentary said eggs are worse than a pack of cigarettes so it must be true...right?
🍄Too much or too little of anything - even water - is bad for you. And that's why there is no such thing as a "good" or "bad" food.
☕️Because "health" isn't defined by a single thing you do or eat. Health is your lifestyle as a whole. Your diet and workouts and family life and work life and friends and hobbies and sleep and blah blah blah.
🦄Health is FAR more than what you eat in a single, stand-a-lone meal. Because remember...no one ever got skinny from eating a salad, just like no one ever got fat from eating donut. Health and fat loss and overall fitness success is about being moderate - not rigid - in your approach and finding what works best for YOU.
🌮Because I'll tell you what...life is entirely too damn short to be worrying over eating too much fruit. Or having a damn egg. Or eating some fucking pizza. Because truth is, if someone tries to shame you or make you feel bad in saying "healthy" means you can't ever have a treat...they have no idea what the flying fuck they're talking about.
This week, we cooked seafood paella for the Zentrum Motors community that we made with a great abundance of love and care because when we take action to care for our Zentrum Motors staff members that very love and care for them extends to our beloved Zentrum Motors customers. 🌈💙🌎
My favorite part of visiting AZ is getting to see my sister. Thankfully I got to see her twice on this trip. I had to save her from being eaten by a zombie though! I guess there was a zombie outbreak in downtown Chandler tonight...who knew?
After a very uninspired week it was so nice to come home today, know exactly what I wanted for dinner, make it easily, and enjoy it as much as I anticipated, in allllll my fave cozy clothes 😸
Bowl: leftover short grain brown rice / @traderjoes marinara sauce microwaved with spinach / leftover grilled chicken / Parmesan cheese 🧀
So simple and fast (and can be made with any sauce/protein/grain/green/cheese for endless variety) and soooo satisfying 👌
👩🏻⚕️ DOCTOR DOCTOR 👩🏻⚕️ Welcome back to Melbourne, Lisa Jane & Little Miss 😁
We flew in late last night. But guess what? Yesterday, after our coffee review, I could not move! I was in a position (actually, my position was this; I could not move), the pain was so bad that I could have called 000 to get an ambulance. 🚑
But there was no need to, I’m very intuitive of my body and I listen to it. And I know what works and what doesn’t. Coffee was one of those things that I shouldn’t be drinking (for the moment anyway). I wasn’t born with this knowledge about health & well-being, over 37 years, I have studied and I’m forever learning, growing & evolving. 💫
I was born with intuition though. So, these days, I work with my Mind & my Intuition, together to heal my body. I drank orange juice & within 15 minutes I felt better. 😁
Yet, this morning, I was in the same critical position. I woke up with the same pain; right side, under the rib, liver/gallbladder area. 😭
I called 13SICK for the very first time! Within a few hours, a house visiting doctor arrived and he checked me all over! 👨🏻⚕️ He confirmed what I’ve been talking about all week. THE LIVER! Medically; our liver creates bile which goes to our gallbladder. I may have a build up of bile (to which turns into a stone)... I could possibly be giving birth to a bile filled stone! 🙈 I’ll be getting an ultrasound and blood work done soon to double check. 👩🏻🔬 Whilst waiting for the results, I’m continuing my DIY RETREAT; meditation, juicing, yoga, self care, walking, vitamin D intake (sun), wholesome foods and water. 😁
It’s great to be back at home too... Charli is the best Nurse! 🐈
I haven’t been able to continue my LISA JANE LIVE stream videos publicly. But I do present them to my groups on Facebook. If you’d like to be part of my groups; of people with health & wellbeing interests, send me a PM and we can have a chat about what I can offer you. 💚

Tonight's dinner! All this for 9SP! Eggplant Rollatini and I even added some turkey pepperoni on top. ➡️for the points and amounts used! The pizza sauce is lower than a lot of the marinaras so I used that.
Fish tacos, featuring one of my many pets.🐶 These tacos were made with @sietefoods cassava coconut tortillas, @organicgirl greens, @wildplanetfoods tuna with @primalkitchenfoods mayo, jicama, @lillyshummus, salsa verde, and @go_raw sprouted pumpkin and sunflower seeds.🌿

Had a serious craving for some comfort food tonight & this totally hit the spot!👌🏻The Monson Family Chicken Enchilada Casserole!🌮 This is definitely one of "those" recipes. You know the ones I'm talking about... Where they've been in your family for generation after generation & the recipe's all faded & practically falling apart.. And no matter how hard you try no one can ever seem to make it quite like grandma can (or in this case mom😉). One of THOSE recipes! Well thankfully my mother (being the stellar woman that she is) decided it was time for me to learn the ways of this delicious masterpiece tonight!🙌🏻 And I'm tellin' ya, it's like being transported back to my childhood!💃🏼 Ta-co 'bout a great end to a Friday night!
Chicken Enchilada Casserole
12-13 corn tortillas
2 15oz cans black beans
2 fresh corn cobs, (cut corn off)
4 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
Your favorite Enchilada sauce (ours is homemade)
Avocado, a must!💚
1. Preheat oven to 375 & prepare a 9x13 pan.
2. Pour a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom. (This helps to keep the casserole moist 🙊)
3. Top with a layer of tortillas. (About 4-5) Sprinkle with half of the black beans, corn & chicken. Then sprinkle with some green onion & cheese.
5. Add another layer of tortillas and repeat for a second layer with sauce, black beans, corn, onion & cheese. (The layers should be pretty thick)
6. Lastly, add one more layer of tortillas, enchilada sauce & cheese.
7. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes. (Watch it to make sure the cheese doesn't burn)
8. Serve with avocado, cilantro, sour cream or extra cheese!
