TOAST🍞😻 Early start for me this morning as I'm working so needed something super quick cause who doesn't want that extra 10 mins in bed🙋🏼 wanted something sweet & savoury so here we have 2 pieces of danish bread only 50 cals per slice with one topped with avooooo🥑 tomatoes 🍅 balsamic vinegar and feta cheese 🧀 and the other topped with banana 🍌 and lots & lots of cinnamonnnn 😻 full of fiber and healthy fats to keep me going ☝🏼🤗

Just a lovely salad bowl with purple sweet potatoes, lentils, cabbage, zucchini, broccoli, okra, tomato, mixed greens and lots of seasonings. Pretty much all the leftover veggies in the fridge thrown in a bowl.
Dinner is served thanks to @chipotlemexicangrill. Extra chicken, little rice (didn't eat all the rice), fajita veggies, cheese and pico. No deprivation. No off-limits foods. Not just chicken and broccoli. No cleanses. Just a sustainable lifestyle.
Quick ways to help with stress…. plan something fun for later -
Take a few minutes to schedule a fun activity to celebrate the end of a stressful day—whether it’s texting a friend and setting up dinner plans for that evening, or deciding what you’ll watch on Netflix. It may not completely rid you of your anxiety, but it gives you something to look forward to at the end of the day.
