Have you ever thought about competing or you’re even getting people tell you you should....then get involved in our Model Search.
From the casting to the final it’s a great way to be seen by potential sponsors and meet like minded people.
You don’t have to be in stage condition for the casting as this is purely to judge potential.
On the day....
⚡️You’ll come in front of the judges to give a brief description of who you are and what you do so we can judge your personality.
⚡️You then do a t-walk (don’t worry if you’ve never done this as you’ll receive tips and an example on the day) so we can judge your physique.
⚡️ Then we’ll have a photo shoot round to see how you are on camera (depending on time/numbers) .
The prizes for this years winners include a years membership to compete with the PCA, a 12-month sponsorship deal with The XF Brand and a write up in Muscle & Fitness Magazine! .

Here's the base recipe: ~2 tbsp chai seeds ~ 1tsp vanilla ~1tsp honey ~120ml natural yoghurt (or can do half with coconut milk) a bit of cinnamon is nice too! It might look like gloop but it tastes great and chai seeds are so full of protein as well as being a source of plant-based omega 3, fibre and many minerals which promote healthy bones and growth. I’ve never owned a gym pass and if it weren’t for Beachbody on Demand I probably would just do some random exercising. With Beachbody on Demand, I can exercise in my living room. I basically have a personal trainer who is coaching me along. In 80 Day Obsession, Autumn is always talking about the proper form etc. I never knew the proper form before for so many exercises. I was doing them all wrong; no wonder I wasn’t achieving any results like I have in one week. I’m finished having children and ready to get my body back in shape and strong again. Especially after this last baby my body was put through the wringer, so it’s even more important that I focus on being the healthiest version of me.
Many of us are used to being hard on ourselves, beating ourselves up, and then beating ourselves up for being hard on ourselves (thus—double downing in shame). It seems to be a very common theme in society today and our culture doesn’t help—it actually fuels the fire.
It’s done so much it seems to be a common theme that makes it harder to actually be kind, gentle and compassionate to ourselves. And that’s what we really want and need, right?
Fight back and take back your emotions and way you treat yourself. It will take time and hard work but it will be worth it. You are worth it. Find true heath and happiness. ❤️
