I have a huge appetite especially in the mornings so whenever I make smoothies I’ve gotten into the habit of adding a ton of almond milk or else I’ll chug the entire smoothie in a minute 😅 a frothy almond butter banana smoothie with blueberry cashew @perfectbar crumbled on top and a drizzle of pumpkin seed butter! If I have time, I also try to consume my smoothies with a spoon so that I can start the digestion process in my mouth and allow my body to stimulate/prepare the other organs in my digestive system (ie. signaling my stomach to start producing acids and glands to starts secreting enzymes)!
Meal prep done ✅ keeping it simple this week after a week of not eating the greatest 😳
Breakfast is the usual scrambled eggs and an English muffin
Lunch is my go to spinach, strawberry and almond salad with feta cheese, crockpot chicken and avocado
Dinner is ground turkey, rice and broccoli
