Day 3/80

I had a TERRIBLE time getting out of bed today.  I should have figured since i was so exhausted yesterday.  Today I'm going to adjust my meal plan and ads some foods to see if that helps. 
The thing is, I haven't even been feeling hungry but maybe this is my bodies way of saying YOU NEED MORE FOOD!!! I never thought I would say that one. 
I still am fighting some urges to just want to pick something up and snack on it throughout the day.  However, I'm doing a great job at resisting.  I love being able to share with my accountability partners that I succeeded in my nutrition.  I never could do that before.  I wanted a change and well I got a huge massive obsession on my plate right now!

One pot Jambalaya low carb version 😁 good for the soul, even better for the waistline 👌

200g chorizo (or more)
2tbsp olive oil
150g raw prawns de-vained and cut in half or thirds (or more, I'm not the boss of your protein intake)
1/2 capsicum diced
1 tomato diced
100g celery diced
1tsp jalapenos (or more if you like it spicy)
1 1/2c cauliflower rice
1tsp onion powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp paprika powder
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp corriander powder
1/2c water
Salt and pepper to taste

In a pot add the olive oil and put on a medium high heat. Add chorizo and all veggies and sautay until tomatoes start to soften and break down. Add all the seasoning and spices along with the cauliflower and water. Mix well. Simmer with the lid on until cauliflower is soft and most of the water is evaporated. Mix through the prawns and put the lid on again until the prawns are fully cooked by being white and pink, not translucent. Serve immediately and enjoy

I live in Switzerland but my mom is Japanese and my dad is half Italian and half Swiss. 
I have always led a healthy lifestyle, but despite this I had a heart disease at a young age that led me to a heart transplant.

Kısa tatil sonrası dün akşam kendimi yine mutfakta buldum 😊 Tatillerde en çok özlediğim şey tartışmasız mutfağım. Buzdolabı da bomboş olunca eldeki malzemeleri kullanarak ortaya böyle yumurtasız Lokmalık Muffinler çıkmış oldu. Ayrıca süt ürünlerine alerjiniz varsa peynir koymasanız da olur, zeytin de güzel alternatif olur. Yumurta yerine keten tohumu, yoğurt yerine su kullanmış oldum.

LOKMALIK TUZLU MUFFİNLER

Malzemeler: (12 adet mini muffin)

1 yemek kaşığı keten tohumu
3 yemek kaşığı su
1 su bardağı yulaf ezmesi (glutensiz kullandım)
1 yemek kaşığı chia
3 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağ
Yarım çay bardağı su
1 çay kaşığı karbonat
1 yemek kaşığı doğal elma sirkesi
Bir avuç ince kıyılmış dereotu
50 gr beyaz peynir veya zeytin
Yarım çay kaşığı deniz tuzu

Yapılışı:
Keten tohumunu elektrikli kahve değirmeni veya rondoda un haline getirin. Bir kaba alın. Üzerine 3 yemek kaşığı su ekleyip karıştırın. Koyulaşıp kıvam alması için 5-10 dakika bekleyin.
Yulaf ezmesini de elektrikli kahve değirmeni veya rondoda un haline getirin. 
Karıştırma kabına su ile karıştırdığınız keten tohumunu koyun. Üzerine sıvı yağı ekleyin ve karıştırın.
Toz haline getirdiğiniz yulaf ezmesini ekleyin karıştırın. Yavaş yavaş suyu ekleyin. Koyu kıvamlı ele yapışan bir hamur elde etmelisiniz.
Karışıma karbonat, sirke ve chiayı ekleyin. Karıştırın.
Son olarak ince kıyılmış dereotu ve ufalanmış peyniri ekleyin. Karıştırın.
Karışımı yağlanmış mini muffin kalıbına bölüştürün.
Üzerine isterseniz kabak çekirdeği, susam, çörek otu serpin.
Önceden ısıtılmış fırında 180C de 20 dk pişirin. Afiyet olsun.

If I find I'm losing/gaining weight or muscle (depending on my goals) then I'll track my calories & macros for 2-3 days every few months to get myself back on track but as a generally guide I just eat whole foods, as much colour as possible & a good balance of low GI carbs, protein & healthy fats from mostly whole food sources 😁 .

You guys have loved every time I’ve posted my food dairies before so I’m doing it again for you!! 🤤 Dietitians are just like normal people - we like delicious & wholesome food plus treats too but all in moderation 🤓So here it is, a visual of my #eeeeats  !! 👀 . . Meal 1: Choc & vanilla layered chia pudding with blueberries & a cup of ginger & lemon tea Meal 2: Veggie sticks with hummus (I actually didn’t eat them all - they defeated me 😆) + medium soy Capp bought from cafe & a few mixed nuts (not pictured) Meal 3: Bought cafe brunch - poached eggs, greens, haloumi, walnuts 😎 + cup of black tea Meal 4: Pre gym snack 2 hours before gym sess - Grain toast with home made Nutella topped with fruit (carbs pre workout = life 💁🏻‍♀️) + cup of tea Meal 5: Post gym - Home made pita bread pizza with lotsssss of veggies & a protein shake (I was too lazy to eat protein on my pizza) + cup herbal tea Meal 6: White choc & butter bean protein muffin (recipe on my website - click the link in my bio) . .
