Witches melt in the rain and cheese melts on my tuna 👀 also I think it's been proven that low pressure systems effect your brain which is pretty clear with the first part of this caption 😂
Made a great tuna salad and just sliced some bread, sprinkled some cheese, and toasted that baby up! -
I will be putting my tuna salad recipe up on the blog tomorrow 🤤
With house-cured salmon, fresh citrus fruits, pomegranate, candied walnuts, pickled beetroot and a sprinkle of goat’s cheese our salmon salad is all the good things in one bowl, because, your body is a temple, right?
Starting your day off right is so important.
I used to skip breakfast, but then I always found that as the day progressed I constantly wanted to eat and was playing 'catch up'. Since I swapped to refueling my body correctly at breakfast time, I find that I am eating LESS (yes LESS!!!) throughout the day.
A combination of:
⭐️ healthy fats
⭐️ fibrous carbohydrates
will always keep me satisfied 😋
Southern Spiced French Toast Recipe!! 💛💜.5❤️.5💙🖤 Makes 4 Servings!
Mix together 4 eggs🥚, 1/4 cup almond milk🥛, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 🎃in a shallow pan. .
Soak 4 slices of low-sodium sprouted whole-grain bread (I use @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel bread🍞) in your eggs mixture for 10 seconds on each side. .
Heat 2 tsp of coconut oil in a medium skillet then add the bread and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side (until golden brown). .
I ate mine with half of a large banana🍌, 1 tsp of maple syrup, and 2 tbsp of pecans. NOT PICTURED: I cooked the remaining eggs mixture 🍳and divided up into 4 so I could enjoy some eggs with my French toast, too! 😋

Anti-Inflammatory Sweet Potato & Kale Curry🌱
I batch cooked this recipe to have it for a few meals this week, adding the protein with each meal to switch it up (garden veggie tempeh pictured here). It was delicious! Recipe below:
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 carrots, chopped
1 sweet potato, cubed
1 cup water
1 can coconut milk
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp turmeric
1 bunch of dino kale, chopped
salt & pepper .
Over medium heat, add olive oil to deep pan with lid (I used my Dutch oven). Sauté onion for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes. Add carrots and sweet potato and sauté for 5 minutes, continuing to stir occasionally. Add water, coconut milk, and spices. Bring to a boil and then down to a simmer for 5 more minutes with lid on. Add kale, salt and pepper and stir. Cook until kale is slightly wilted. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite protein and grain! .
Note: You can totally add chicken, beef or chickpeas to the recipe to cook in the curry juices! I decided to omit the protein and pair while serving to add variety to the meal. .

If you don't put sesame seeds on your roasted carrots then you're doing it wrong. 🙆🏼 and s/o to @traderjoes rice medley for being a life saver bc. the one thing I hate cooking the most is rice. 🙄
Reminiscing on meals of cheese & wine 🍷 I try to stick to a dairy-free diet, but I'm human and sometimes I can't help but order a huge cheese board 😂 if you struggle with IBS, my biggest success thus far has been cutting out dairy from my diet. I know it seems impossible at first, as we grow up with dairy incorporated into everything, and with the large use of dairy proteins in the fitness industry.. but I actually don't miss it much at all and I feel worlds better. Replace cheese dips/cheese on sandwiches with avocado, there are protein alternatives, and @nocow is a lifesaver 😩 I encourage everyone to limit dairy, or cut it out for a little, and see how you feel 😌
Yes, @80dayobsession was created to tone your core and booty 🍑 But DAMN - I have never had my arms or back look like this before 💪🏼
I am falling in love with this program and the variety of moves. My shoulders and arms were on FIRE 🔥 today from as little as 8-10lb weights. It's all those moves all week that add up.
I'm loving how tiny my waist is getting and my arms are carving out. Glad I don't have to put my tank tops away for a few more weeks because it's still hot in Dallas ☀️
You've seen my progress so far for #80DayObsession . The program releases in January and I'm helping Ladies get ready for it NOW. Comment below or shoot me a message if you want me to Coach you through the program 😘
Look out for a special announcement tomorrow! These mint ice cubes will be a part of it 😊 All you need for these is to fill up an ice cube tray with water, add a mint leaf per each cube, and freeze! .
Sadly, it’s not fall yet in Athens, GA so we need a good refresher from the heat. Anybody else ready to be out of 90 degree weather?!

Did you know that our fleur de sel is naturally rich many minerals and electrolytes straight from the earth? One of the deposits found in our french sea salt is Silica Oxide; never heard of it? It is known for its beautifying properties such as slowing down general aging, thickening hair and nails and improving their lustre. Maybe this also helps explain the beautiful people of France. 📷in collaboration with @scoutandbriar #seesalt#pinchme#finishingsalt#fleurdesel#healthyeats#health#instafood#colorfuleats
