Winter food. You can’t go wrong when you start with sautéed garlic and onions. Then you add grass fed ground beef, mushrooms, rosemary, bone broth and Marsala and simmer. Throw it on top of some butternut squash mash and top with fresh parsley and you have a meal. #winterfood#organiccooking

These BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE BITES are vegan, gluten free, and paleo - aka the best thing to bring to any holiday get together 🎅🏼🎁🎄 plus @emmysorganics for the crust cuts your prep yum in half and they’re so cute and bite-sizable!!! .
INGREDIENTS (makes 4 so you can double, triple, etc)
4 @emmysorganics vanilla bean cookies
1/2 cup cashews, soaked
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/3 cup frozen wild blueberries
Juice of 2 limes
Splash almond or coconut milk
2 shakes cinnamon
Tiny pinch of salt
Press @emmysorganics cookie into parchment lined muffin tin (1 cookie per mold). Blend all other ingredients in blender until smooth. You can add more almond milk if filling is too thick. Pour batter evenly into each of the tins. Freeze for 2-3 hours. Let sit at room temp for 1 hour before serving with fresh berries and nut butter drizzle. .
NOTE: you could totally do this in a 8x8 square pan or cake tin as well and still use the cookies. I’d triple the filling recipe.
