My morning view is looking great with coconut milk, pineapple, spinach, kale hemp seeds and extra protein and I also requested avocado be added- even though that wasn't part of the original "recipe". And because I couldn't make mine at home this morning It just takes a little bit of wandering to find a smoothie or juice bar close close by. @freshii 🙌🥑🙋

On today’s menu is a very quick and completely spontaneous mix of plan fried new potatoes, white cabbage and kale with chilli. It took 10 mins and I’ll give myself a 10/10 for taste 🤗 Isn’t it funny that when you have good quality veg you don’t need to season much, onion and garlic is enough to bring out all the natural yummy flavours. This is a combo I’ll be doing again, minimal imagination and prep time and maximal results 🙌🏼#WinnerWinnerChickenDinner

There have been so many misconceptions about eggs over the years. Eggs are good, then bad, then good, then bad. It seems to change constantly. However, what we do know is that not only are eggs a quality protein source but also fat. We have been told for years that eggs are awful for our cholesterol. Chicken Fajita Spiced Stuffed Peppers🌯
This is a perfect weekend recipe! Very simple and easy to follow 😊
Serves 4:
Ingredients: 
3 portions of whole grain rice 
4 large bell peppers 
1 medium onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp. coconut oil
3 large chicken breasts, cut into 4 inch pieces 
2 tsp. chilli powder 
2 tsp. ground cumin 
2 tsp. paprika 
1 tsp. ground black pepper 
Pinch of salt 
4 fresh large tomatoes, diced
Juice of half a lime 
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tin of sweet corn 
Handful of fresh coriander 
50g grated cheddar cheese 
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180’C
2. Prepare the rice following instructions on packet (or use the pre-cooked pouches). 3. Prepare the peppers - slice each one in half (through the stalk) and de-seed. Place the peppers on a baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil. Place in the oven for 8 minutes. 
4. Meanwhile, in a large pan heat 1 tbsp. Coconut oil over a medium heat. Add crushed garlic and sliced onion and sauté for 5 mins. Add chicken pieces, chilli powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until coated in seasoning. Cook for 4-5 mins. 
5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another couple of minutes. 
6. Add lime juice, black beans, corn, cooked rice and chopped coriander. Mix thoroughly until heated through. 
7. Remove peppers from the oven once they have been in there for the 8 mins. 
8. Spoon the chicken fajita mix into the peppers equally (press down to fill the whole pepper) and top with grated cheese.
9. Cook for 10-15 mins until peppers are soft and the cheese has melted.

Chicken Fajita Spiced Stuffed Peppers🌯 This is a perfect weekend recipe! Very simple and easy to follow 😊 Serves 4: Ingredients: 3 portions of whole grain rice 4 large bell peppers 1 medium onion, sliced 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tbsp. coconut oil 3 large chicken breasts, cut into 4 inch pieces 2 tsp. chilli powder 2 tsp. ground cumin 2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. ground black pepper Pinch of salt 4 fresh large tomatoes, diced Juice of half a lime 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed 1 tin of sweet corn Handful of fresh coriander 50g grated cheddar cheese Method: 1. Pre-heat oven to 180’C 2. Prepare the rice following instructions on packet (or use the pre-cooked pouches). 3. Prepare the peppers - slice each one in half (through the stalk) and de-seed. Place the peppers on a baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil. Place in the oven for 8 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, in a large pan heat 1 tbsp. Coconut oil over a medium heat. Add crushed garlic and sliced onion and sauté for 5 mins. Add chicken pieces, chilli powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until coated in seasoning. Cook for 4-5 mins. 5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another couple of minutes. 6. Add lime juice, black beans, corn, cooked rice and chopped coriander. Mix thoroughly until heated through. 7. Remove peppers from the oven once they have been in there for the 8 mins. 8. Spoon the chicken fajita mix into the peppers equally (press down to fill the whole pepper) and top with grated cheese. 9. Cook for 10-15 mins until peppers are soft and the cheese has melted. 10. Optional - serve with homemade guacamole and sour cream. 🥑🥑 11. Cut and De-seed the Pear. 🍐
I seasoned it with @trulyspices Cinnnamon, Cardamom and Nutmeg! Oil your pan and place the Pears cut side down. Bake for 35min at 180C until caramelized.
I put them on Collagen Oats (Oats, Milk, @trulyspices Cinnamon, @vitalproteins Collagen powder, @nutiva Coconut Butter and @naturesbasket Chia Seeds) added on some @365bywholefoods Cashew Butter and crushed Pistachios.

Well, it happened. Espresso has made its way back in to my life. People always ask me how I gave up dairy… well, compared to caffeine, it was SO easy.  Nothing can really measure up to to my love for cappuccinos and lattes. I love buying an espresso shot and leaving it in the fridge over night. The next morning, I heat the espresso shot and use my milk frother and bam the ritual is back. Thank goodness for Eastern medicinal tricks- because they have discovered that this spice allows you to enjoy coffee without the harmful side effects. #Cardamom is related to the ginger family and is highly alkaline and is used to make more acidic foods and drinks easier on your system. Not only that, but it also counteracts digestive problems, eliminates waste through the kidneys, freshens breath, and is also believed to be an anti depressant! Whats not to love?! ☕️ How do I use Cardamom in my espresso? I add a pinch to the bottom of my cup, and sprinkle a little on top of my frothed milk with the smallest amount of coconut sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg! ... ps I still add all the adaptogens to my latte that I talked about in my other post.
Well, it happened. Espresso has made its way back in to my life. People always ask me how I gave up dairy… well, compared to caffeine, it was SO easy.  Nothing can really measure up to to my love for cappuccinos and lattes. I love buying an espresso shot and leaving it in the fridge over night. The next morning, I heat the espresso shot and use my milk frother and bam the ritual is back. Banana, Strawberry and Cacao 'ice cream' 🍨🍌🍓🍫 so this looks a bit like mush, but it was actually lushhhhhhh. I blended a frozen banana with strawberries and cacao powder and then topped it with strawberries, @eatnaturalbars 'breakfast with benefits' and dark chocolate 😍 (It was meant to be more like ice cream but it melted super quick cause my kitchen is like an oven 😂)
