To determine your minimum normal hydration needs, calculate your body weight in pounds, divide it by 2 and drink that many ounces of water each day. For example, a 200 pound man should drink 100 ounces of quality water each day! DIVIDE YOUR ONCES INTAKE IN 3 EQUALS TO DRINK DURING DAY. .
FIRST EQUAL AT MORNING WHEN YOU WAKE UP. SECOND EQUAL 30 MINS BEFORE LUNCH. THIRD EQUAL 30 MINS BEFORE DINNER.
YOU CAN DRINK MORE IF YOU DESIRE. .
You can Infuse water with your fresh herbs, spices, fruit and/or vegetables.
DRINK YOUR WATER 15-30 MINS BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR MEAL TO DON'T DILUTE DIGESTIVE JUICES NECESSARY FOR DIGESTION. .
