Auf der Suche nach einem adäquaten Pasta Ersatz bin ich im Netz auf diese, auf den ersten Blick, vielversprechende Soja Pasta von @delysoy gestoßen und musste sie auch gleich bestellen. Die Werte in Hinblick auf die Kohlenhydrate sind schon mal super. Ich habe mal einen Vergleich mit normaler Pasta und Pasta aus Erbsen gemacht (Bild 2).

PRUGNE SECCHE: perchè fanno bene alle ossa?

Sono ricche di potassio, ma davvero in quantitativi altissimi ! Questi morbidi frutti aiutano a mantenere il nostro scheletro nella sua forma migliore. 100 grammi di prugna secca forniscono oltre 700 mg di potassio, mentre la banana (frutto anch'esso ricco in potassio) ne fornisce la metà circa (358 mg). E il ruolo del potassio nel supporto alle ossa non è preso in considerazione abbastanza. Sappiate che è stato dimostrato che consumare troppo frequentemente pasti a base di carboidrati raffinati (con pochissime fibre e minerali), carne, zuccheri e bibite gassate, indebolisce le ossa. Questi alimenti aumentano i livelli di acidità del sangue e l'organismo per ripristinare velocemente i valori corretti preleva dalle ossa il calcio, che neutralizza l'eccesso di acido. Col passare del tempo queste perdite di calcio si sommano e possono indebolire la struttura ossea. Assumendo potassio si limita questo processo, perchè esso è in grado di abbassare l'acidità del sangue esattamente come fa il calcio.

Un prezioso consiglio: riducendo a crema le prugne secche si può aggiungere a muffin o altri dolci casalinghi, riducendo drasticamente il contenuto sia di zucchero che di grassi del dolce stesso (le prugne secche sono infatti un frutto dolce). Frullate semplicemente 1 tazza e mezza di prugne secche con 6 cucchiai di acqua calda e usate la crema che otterrete al posto di metà del burro o olio richiesti dalla ricetta per preparare il dolce! Bonus: le prugne secche contengono anche la vitamina K, essenziale anche questa per le ossa (60 mcg su 100g di alimento). Per il vostro acquisto: in commercio in Italia troviamo prugne secche che arrivano prevalentemente da coltivazioni intensive della California. Ma vi sono anche alcuni supermercati che vendono prugne secche italiane! Goodmorning with this dreamy breakfast!
CHAI - one of the best morning greetings. A stimulating, herbal, nourishing and vitalising hot tea drink - when prepared well - it tastes wonderful.

Like yoga practice and, let's face it, most things in life - the key is all in the preparation - here's my version for busy modern day life:

Warm the milk in a pan on a medium heat. Add whilst the milk is warming... 1 cardamom pod per cup
fresh ginger ( finely chopped)
coconut sugar to your taste
black tea leaves (one tsp per cup) of your preference. I use Bois Cherie Vanilla tea from Mauritius as the vanilla adds a lovely flavour.

I also add a small teaspoon of tea masala mix which has nutmeg, pepper, different types of cardamom and cloves. 
Keep stirring and simmer to boiling point (but don't over boil as the tea will become too bitter) 
Pour the mix through a strainer into a teapot.

Ancho Chile Quesadillas - 4 servings
Rehydrated dry chiles often have more intense and multidimensional flavors than fresh. In this simple quesadilla recipe, mildly spicy ancho chiles (dried poblanos) and nutty Gruyère cheese melt together for an easy snack or quick dinner. ---- Tag a friend you want to eat this with! ---- Ingredients
4 dried ancho chiles (about 2 ounces) 
1¼ cups grated Gruyère cheese 
1¼ cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
12 (5 inch) corn tortillas 
Lime wedges and/or salsa for serving .
Preparation
1.Remove stems and seeds from chiles. Place the chiles in a bowl, cover with warm water and soak until softened, about 15 minutes. Drain, pat dry and coarsely chop.
2.Combine Gruyère and Jack cheeses in a bowl.
3.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Briefly heat tortillas in the pan, turning once, until warm. Keeping the rest wrapped tightly in a clean dish towel, lay 4 tortillas at a time out on a clean cutting board. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese on half of each tortilla. Top with about 2 teaspoons of the chiles, then sprinkle with another tablespoon cheese. Fold closed. Repeat with the remaining tortillas, cheese and chiles.
4.Cook 4 quesadillas at a time in the pan over medium heat until crisp and golden on both sides, 3 to 5 minutes total. Cover to keep warm while you cook the next 2 batches. Serve immediately with lime wedges and/or salsa, if desired.

Assolutamente impossibili da bere in uno shaker ma ottime per ricette dolci di questo tipo ma anche salate come il pane!🍞

TASTE TEST: Morbidissimo all’interno e leggermente spugnoso e duro all’esterno ma credo sia normale poiché nell’impasto vengono tolti una serie di “grassi” che danno la tipica sofficità di un dolce, o come in questo caso di un panettone! •

Followed this recipe from Facebook to make fruit rollups. All you need is 3 cups strawberries + honey/agave. Blend together and then spread on a silicone baking sheet and bake for 6 hours at 175.

These didn't come out as flexible as I had hoped, next time I'm gonna try to make the spread a little thicker or bake for a shorter period of time. I'm the mean time, I'm gonna sprinkle these chips?? in my granola and smoothie bowls until I make another batch. Don't let the look deceive you.... they're still delicious!

Ich hab heute Morgen schon den Skinny Morning getrunken. Und ich muss sagen beide schmecken sehr lecker. Aber man muss schon auf Kräutertee stehen. Ich liebe Kräutertee von daher... Ich halte mich nicht komplett daran was im skinny Programm steht, das is mir ehrlich gesagt zu extrem. Deshalb wird es keine Gewichtsvergleiche geben.

20 minuti in forno a 180*
