I 💛my rice paper rolls🔥!! You can put literally anything in them & they'll turn out great. In today's rolls: coconut curry shrimp (just add some coconut milk, curry, & chipotle powder towards the end) + rice vermicelli + asparragus + spicy sprouts + brocolli + crushed peanuts + mint + basil + pea greens **I stirfried the brocolli with sesame oil, tamari, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar & chipotle powder. •••• Amo los rollitos en papel de arroz!!! Les puedes poner lo que sea que siempre quedan deli. A los rollitos de hoy les pusimos : camarones con curry, leche de coco y polvo de chipotle + fideos de arroz + esparragos + germinados + brocolli + mani + albahaca + menta **el brocolli lo puse en un sarten con aceite de sesamo, tamari, salsa hoisin, vinagre de arroz y polvo de chipotle

Those muscles are due to the lack of body fat I had, the skeleton of myself that was walking around, lifeless, exhausted 24/7, food focused. The extremes I went to to lose weight 🙄

That's what's so tricky about the fitness industry, there is a fine line between health and eating disorders or ed tendencies. What some may seem as normal, just cutting back on carbs, can spiral into restricting all carbs, and becoming fearful of a food. 
Those body building competitors you follow, that shouldn't be the body image you desire. It is NOT healthy, nor is it sustainable. I wanted to look like that, maybe I even did at some point, but was I healthy? No. I lost my period, I was shivering in the middle of summer, I was constantly exhausted, not partaking in social outings. 
Is this the kind of life you want? 
I sure don't👎🏼
Make fitness fun again, make eating intuitive, don't put so much focus on how you look because 99% of the people out there do not give a flying eff if you are 100lbs or 200lbs. 👊🏼 Find YOUR balance 💪🏼 #throwbackthursday

Receta ⬇️
Calentar un litro de leche a 45grados (es una temperatura tibia tirando a caliente).
Colocar la leche dentro de un frasco de vidrio con tapa, agregar un yogurt firme chiquito y revolver.
Opcional para que quede una consistencia más firme agregar 3 cucharadas de leche en polvo y revolver.
Tapar el frasco y envolverlo en una frazada y dejarlo en un lugar cálido sin corriente de aire (puede ser el horno), por 6 a 8 horas.
Luego guardarlo en la heladera.
Cuanto más horas pase fuera de la heladera después de las 6 horas más ácido va a quedar ( ese sabor clásico).
Podes guardar una medida de tu yogurt para la próxima vez que quieras hacer, en lugar de comprar nuevamente el yogurt firme.
Si buscas una versión light utiliza los ingredientes descremados y súmale una cucharada más de leche empolvo, para obtener un yogurt más firme.
Podes saborizarlo con estevia, miel, azúcar mascabo o su sabor clásico.

Whipped up this giant bowl of veggies cuz I had a freezer full of bread that needed to be used up 🙊🙄🍞 What better way to utilize them than turning them into delicious croutons and then tossing them into a refreshing, crunchy salad 👩🏻‍🍳💯🙌🏻 . I like tossing them in at the end so that they maintain their crunchiness 😉 .

This smoothie bowl though! After my workout was starving (light lunch) so made an amazing Summer Strawberry bowl:

Summer 🍓 Bowl
1 cup frozen cauliflower
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp maca powder
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
1/2 cup water or nut milk (I use water)
Ice to taste
Toppings: frozen wild mini blueberries @traderjoes, freeze dried strawberries @traderjoes, @nutiva chia seeds, cacao nibs, and @nutiva cacao hazelnut spread

This time, I made @rachlmansfield banana bread cookie skillet and let me tell ya, I had to freeze half of it because I was on my way towards eating the whole dang thing. That good! ...And then I took a piece from the freezer and put it in the microwave because who can have self control knowing this is in your kitchen?!?! Not me 🙅🏻

Hellllllo everyone😊😊Just got home from an amazing workout💪🏼Today we're in for a little treat! I wanted to surprise my family with something sweet for this weekend so I decided to make vegan salted chocolate & peanut butter truffles! Yum😋😍😋🥜🍫 Here's a little guide to show you how I make them!
Ingredients:
-Medjool dates
-Peanut butter
-Normal (vegan) chocolate
-White (vegan) chocolate
-Coconut Oil
-Sea Salt
Let's begin!😀(The numbers are according to each photo)
Warning: It will get a bit messy.. but so worth it🙌🏼💕☺️
1-The finalized truffles🙈
2-Pit the dates. Just cut them in half and take out the little seed (or whatever that is😬!)
3-Put it in a food processor until it has a sticky "play dough" texture
4-Add some sea salt and blend it again
5-Your mixture should look like this
6-Roll into little balls and then stick it in the freezer for 25-30 minutes 
7-Dip (or drench) them in peanut butter and stick it in the freezer for another 20 minutes
8-Heat up the chocolate and tablespoon of coconut oil until it gets to a good consistency. You can heat up only one type of chocolate or mix the two together, its up to you! 
9-Take the balls out of the freezer and cover them in chocolate+sprinkle some more sea salt
10-(Optional) Drizzle the white chocolate on top of the balls (I did it with a ziploc bag) to make it fancy shmancy & stick in the freezer for 30 more minutes
Aaaaaaaaaaand you are done🌟🌟
Yes, I know... I'm a mess! It's my first time making these so hopefully soon I can perfect them. My family tried them and said they were so so sooo delicious! I think it's because the first two ingredients in all their bars are peanut butter and honey and boyyyy can you taste it! It's almost a little too sweet for me. This one has little crunchy bits and cranberry in it which was fun 😋

That moment when you go to a restaurant and a salad ISNT the healthiest choice 😲. I want to start showing you guys some shockingly healthy OR unhealthy options at popular restaurants to help you next time you go out to eat.I always try to look up the nutritional information on any restaurant I plan on visiting that way I can plan my eating accordingly. You'd think you'd be pretty safe with a salad option, especially with buzz words like "vegan" and "superfood" but these salads not only are calorically high but also have almost all of the daily sodium and saturated fats recommended by the American heart association.  The AHA recommends no more than 2,300 milligrams (mgs) a day but ideally you should try not going past 1,500 mg per day for most adults. And no more than 7% of your daily calories should contain saturated fats- so if you're on a 2,000 calorie diet you shouldn't be exceeding 16g. Those two bottom salads not only basically exceed sodium, but they're also huge saturated fat killers 🙄I mean chicken and avocado seems like a safe option right? Rude. Looking for healthier options at Cheesecake Factory? Stick closely to the skinnylicious menu and get the Tuscan Chicken, or grilled steak medallions! .

Spread layer on crust of liking, then add spinach, cashew cheese (@treelinecheese i used their cracked pepper), spices next- nutritional yeast, turmeric, pepper, sprinkle pesto, add fennel. Cook pizza crust for another 15 mins or according to directions. Then drizzle with tahini + cilantro avocado sauce 💥 #pizzaboy 🍕
