🍓1 Eiweiß 🍓40g Instantflocken/Schmelzflocken 🍓Süße nach Wahl ( hier Vanille Flavs und Flüssigsüße)
🍓Füchte
⚊⚊⚊ Alles bis auf die Früchte verrühren und abschmecken. 
Die Quarkmasse in eine Auflaufform geben und die Früchte darauf verteilen.

To recreate ↠ base 
1 cup walnuts
90 grams activated buckwheat groats
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
6 medjol dates pits removed
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
.
Filling ↠
2 cups soaked cashews (soak for at least an hr drain and rinse)
1 tablespoon organic unrefined coconut oil
1/2 cup rice malt syrup
3-4 teaspoons peppermint extract 
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
.
Topping ↠
2/3rds to 1 block of green & blacks 85% dark chocolate
1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
.
Process walnuts till crumb then add the buckwheat groats and pulse, add everything else & process till combined. Press into a slice tin lined with baking paper and freeze. Combine filling ingredients in a high speed blender and blend till smooth. Pour over the base and place back in freezer for a day or over night. Bring a pot of water to the boil, sit a metal bowl in it to melt the chocolate. Break the chocolate up and add to the bowl, add coconut oil and stir till combined and melted. Take chocolate off the heat and pour over the top of the slice, place back in the freezer and freeze for a few hrs till solid. Once frozen chop into bars. Store in the freezer ❄️ .
To make 100% OMS you can soak more cashews to combine with cacao and rice malt syrup in a blender for the chocolate topping and leave out the coconut oil in the filling. It'll just be less smooth and maybe a little harder. You cld try adding a little xanthem gum in the mix to soften it. 🍃👍🏼

Творожно-овсяные пирожные с вишней 🔸на 100грамм - 76.35 ккал🔸Б/Ж/У - 8.28/0.62/9.53🔸 
Ингредиенты: 
Творог рассыпчатый обезжиренный 100 г 
Вишня 50 г 
Хлопья овсяные 4 ст. л. 
Яичный белок 1 шт. 
Пекарский порошок 0.5 ч. л. 
Корица, стевия 
Приготовление: 
1. Из вишен вынуть косточки, положить мякоть в ситечко и позволить соку стечь, надавливая слегка ложкой. 
2. Смешать творог с белком, добавить овсяные хлопья, ванилин, порошок. Добавить вишню и стевию. Можно посолить. Все тщательно перемешать. 
3. Противень выстелить бумагой для запекания, смазанной оливковым маслом (очень тонко). 4. Выложить столовой ложкой небольшие пирожные произвольной формы (мы постарались сделать прямоугольные). Посыпать корицей, стевией по вкусу. 
5. Поставить в разогретую духовку на 30-40 минут. В конце приготовления оставить в духовке еще на 5 минут в режиме гриля.  Приятного аппетита!

Ich konnte nicht anders als ich den #karotten #Grießkuchen von @miss_sporty90 gesehen habe, musste ich ihn nachmachen 😱🙈💥 und ich sags euch einfach Bombe ☄️😝😍 die Mischung aus Karotten, Schoki, Zimt dazu noch der Quark soooo #fudgy 🤤🙊
➡️Rezept:
✔️150 g Karotten ✔️150 g Quark ✔️1 Ei
✔️20 g Dinkelgrieß ✔️10 g Backkakao ✔️20 g Whey
✔️Lebkuchengewürz ✔️Zimt
✔️Natron
✔️Süße ➡️Karotten raspeln, restlichen Zutaten dazu geben. Alles gut vermengen, in eine Form geben und ab damit in den Ofen. Bei 180 Grad ca. 20-30 Min backen ➡️ nicht zu lange backen damit er schön #creamy bleibt 🤤😍💪🏻ich hab den Kuchen mit frischen #granatapfelkernen garniert, sooo geil der Kuchen ist cremig und diese Teile haben Biss ➡️ das schreit nach Wiederholung 🙈😝

Cheesy Rice Slice

A very quick throw together slice using up some leftover cooked rice, turned into a delicious easy meal.

1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice (or white)
3 eggs beaten
2 tsp garlic oil (normal works fine)
2 tbls grated Parmesan cheese
70gms Bega 50% less fat grated country cheese
1 red onion finely diced
1 med/large grated zucchini (or pumpkin)
1 tsp masterfoods Tuscan seasoning
Salt & Pepper

Mix all ingredients together, pour into a slice mould (I use a tupperware silicone one) and bake in a 180c oven for 35-40 mins or until cooked & golden.

The liver requires an ample amount of water to function and do its job properly.
To Drink or Not to Drink
The main area of debate is whether or not drinking water during a meal is harmful or beneficial to the digestive process. There is no doubting the fact that drinking too much water during meals can interfere with the natural and necessary levels of bile and stomach acid. This would slow the digestion process and reduce the body’s ability to produce enough digestive enzymes to digest foods properly. Without proper digestion, a build up of toxic waste can occur no matter what you are eating. We can apply the same principles when thinking about other beverages we might consume during a meal. In the case of alcoholic drinks and acidic beverages like soda, they tend to dry up the saliva your glands have produced, making it even more difficult to properly digest food. Drinking water or other beverages while they are cold also slows down digestion and can create cramping in some individuals.
It is clear that drinking water before and after you eat aids the digestive process. To Drink or Not to Drink The main area of debate is whether or not drinking water during a meal is harmful or beneficial to the digestive process. There is no doubting the fact that drinking too much water during meals can interfere with the natural and necessary levels of bile and stomach acid. This would slow the digestion process and reduce the body’s ability to produce enough digestive enzymes to digest foods properly. Without proper digestion, a build up of toxic waste can occur no matter what you are eating. We can apply the same principles when thinking about other beverages we might consume during a meal. In the case of alcoholic drinks and acidic beverages like soda, they tend to dry up the saliva your glands have produced, making it even more difficult to properly digest food. See what I did there 😜 Sometimes presentation is everything. My plain Jane #apple and #almond butter snack was jazzed up using a mandolin slicer. Topped with a little granola and voila! A go-to snack, served in a new way! 🎉💪🏼 Side note: a mandolin is a fancy pants slicer that makes thin cuts easy. Not too pricy and totally worth it for efficiency and presentation!

Once in a while, I just want a plate of pasta. Glad, I had a bunch of fresh basil from the farmers market at home. I made this creamy easy peasy pesto mixed it with some spaghetti cooked al dente, sat down at my counter and enjoyed my food. 🌱 1 bunch fresh basil
🌱 1 tablespoon cashew cream*
🌱 Juice of 1/2 lemon
🌱 2 gloves of garlic
🌱 2 tablespoon vegan parmesan
🌱 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
🌱 1 tablespoon olive oil
🌱 1 teaspoon basil oil (optional)
🌱 Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients into a small food processor and blend until smooth *Cashew Cream
🌱 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 2 hours
🌱 1/2 cup filtered water
Drain the soaked cashews and blend them with filtered water until smooth

Manchmal hab ich einfach nur Lust auf einen Teller gute Pasta. Dazu hab ich dieses kinderleichte Pesto hergestellt, es mit etwas Nudelwasser und den al dente gekochten Nudeln vermischt: 🌱 1 Bund frische Petersilie
🌱 1 EL Cashew Creme*
🌱 Saft einer halben Zitrone
🌱 Zwei Zehen Knofi
🌱 2 EL veganer Parmesan
🌱 1/4 Tasse gehackte Walnüsse 🌱 1 EL Olivenöl
🌱 1 TL Basilikumöl (optional)
🌱 Salz und Pfeffer zum würzen
Alle Zutaten in einem kleinen Blender mixen, bis eine glatte Masse entsteht *Cashew Creme
🌱 1 Tasse Cashews, für ca. 2 Stunden in Wasser eingweicht
🌱1/2 Tasse frisches Wasser
Das Einweichwasser der Cashews abgießen und mit frischem Wasser zu einer glatten Creme verarbeiten

Pesto Pasta💕 Once in a while, I just want a plate of pasta. Glad, I had a bunch of fresh basil from the farmers market at home. I made this creamy easy peasy pesto mixed it with some spaghetti cooked al dente, sat down at my counter and enjoyed my food. 🌱 1 bunch fresh basil 🌱 1 tablespoon cashew cream* 🌱 Juice of 1/2 lemon 🌱 2 gloves of garlic 🌱 2 tablespoon vegan parmesan 🌱 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 🌱 1 tablespoon olive oil 🌱 1 teaspoon basil oil (optional) 🌱 Salt and pepper to taste Add all ingredients into a small food processor and blend until smooth *Cashew Cream 🌱 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for 2 hours 🌱 1/2 cup filtered water Drain the soaked cashews and blend them with filtered water until smooth 🇩🇪 Manchmal hab ich einfach nur Lust auf einen Teller gute Pasta. Meu lanche foi bem diferente 🙈 comi biscoito de polvilho da vovó e aí na hora da janta eu estava famintaaaa. I've been doing Paleo for 2 years and decided to add Keto to the mix. This has helped to push past my first goal. After coming back from my Eurotrip I've decided to reboot my system by switching to  Pescaterian for 30+days, I've noticed that my weight has dropped and also feel better compared to when I ate a steak 🤗
