Alkalizing soup broth 👌🏻 This is one of my favourite recipes. It's incredibly easy and nutritious. All you need is 1-2 cups organic parsley and 3 medium organic potatoes. Wash the parsley and potatoes thoroughly. Then chop the parsley and add it to a cock-pot. Peel the potatoes and place the PEELS in the crockpot. Cover with 1.5L of water and let simmer overnight. The parsley is very nutritive to the kidneys and liver. While the potato peels are high in minerals, most notably potassium. I also feed some of this broth to my plants on occasion. 🌿 You can save the potatoes to make into a purée or some mashed potatoes. (Not a particularly beautiful broth, so I'm using a painting as the backdrop)
Keeping dinner simple tonight 👌🏻 Kale drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, roasted sweet potatoes with ground cumin, and baked salmon 👅✨ Got my greens, healthy fats, protein, fiber, and complex carbs ✌🏻

*Makes 1 Serving
½ cup of rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
½ serving (1 scoop) of Orgain Protein Powder
Top with fresh fruit, nuts & seeds!
Add all ingredients into a jar or bowl, stir together & store in the refrigerator overnight.
Top with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds & enjoy!
