I tried binaural beats and it reaaalllyyy helped me!!! But only at night and not during the day. Btw for those who always ask me how I get my oats sooo creamy they are instant oats made for babies (and for Lulu 💁🏽) served in my wonderful @coconutbowls I think I've seen those bowls EVERYWHERE and I was the only one without a coconut bowl! So here I am in the same group like you 😏😏

We really try to go DAIRY free in our house,  except for the occasional milk & ice cream dad buys 😂 cheese is very rarely purchased,  and yogurt is purchased once in a blue 🌙 when my 4 year old sees it at grandmas. .
Dairy that has been pasturized and processed has pretty much had all the nutrients stripped out of it anyway. Also,  it is not so great for gut health, and a healthy gut is a healthy body. 👍👍❤ .
The government and dairy industry has been lying to you 😬: milk,  DOES NOT do a body good. Real foods, and lifestyles free of dairy, legumes, grains and a lower percentage of animal proteins,  DOES do a body good!

Do you ever make something and think, "This is a winner." Well this is one of those dishes! About a year ago I made chicken cacciatore and I loved it.  I thought I'd try something similar, and you all know I love to eyeball it.  I love how this turned out!  For strictly grain free, ommit the cup of water and add 2-3 cups cooked cauliflower rice toward the end of cooking.  Enjoy!

MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN AND QUINOA
•
INGREDIENTS
2 organic chicken breasts
2 cups organic chicken broth
1 28 ounce can organic crushed tomatoes with basil and garlic
1 cup water
1/4 cup white wine (Chardonnay)
1 cup organic quinoa
1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
1/2 small bag frozen peas
2 tablespoons capers
4 sliced hearts of Palm
1/2 can plain artichoke hearts chopped (drain liquid)
1/4 red onion chopped
1 large carrot chopped
2 large garlic cloves chopped
8 fresh basil leaves chopped
2 light dashes red pepper flakes
4 dashes paprika
2 dashes coriander
5 dashes dried oregano
2 bay leaves (remove before serving)
2 tablespoons dried onions
1/8 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
Black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Place everything in a medium size Dutch oven.
Bring to a boil.
Turn to low immediately after boil and cover for 1 hour.
Stir occasionally: 2-3 times
Turn off fire and keep covered for another 15-30 min.
Prep time: 20 minutes

Butternut Squash Ginger Soup
6 C of Squash, diced
3-4 C Bone Broth
1-2 in. Ginger, grated 
3 cloves minced garlic
1T Ghee 
Blender/or Hand mixer ▪️
Roast the Squash. When done roasting, and while it squash is cooling a bit,  sauté garlic and ginger in ghee until aromatic. Place squash, garlic, ginger and one cup of bone broth into blender (or huge pot if you have a hand mixer) and blend. Slowly add more bone broth into the mix until you get the consistency you prefer. Enjoy!

Easy weeknight dinner! Asian inspired ahi tuna and steamed green beans. I got frozen ahi tuna steaks from Sprouts. You can thaw them overnight and then put them in the marinade 30 minutes before cooking. I paired them with the steamed green beans tossed in reserved marinade and some siracha sauce. For my husband and the boys, I added a side of Trader Joe's potato latkes made in the air fryer. Recipe in comments.

Homemade soup! It is getting colder here and I find myself craving warmth in my foods.  My instapot has been hiding most of the summer so it was time to pull it out. The base of this soup is homemade veggie broth but you could use store bought. Pour your veggie broth into the instapot and then add your butternut squash, carrots and a knob of ginger, set timer for 15 minutes and let it cook.  Once done I transferred (in batches) the soup to my vitamix and blended well. To the full batch I added a full can of full fat coconut milk and cinnamon (leave this out to make it low histamine - or just add a little to tolerance). Blend all together once again in vitamix to ensure coconut milk blends in well. Baked chicken in olive oil, garlic, and coated in Turmeric. (Anti-inflammatory) Spring mix. Mushrooms. And... Bacon, of course. Because let's face it... it's salad.
